Won’t take my dog anywhere else. As a snowbird, it takes a bit of time and research to find my go to spots. Found Tender Care and my experiences have been awesome. Clean facility with professional, friendly employees and excellent grooming is a win in my book. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I was from out of town, in fact I’m from Canada and needed to get my cat’s nails and a sanitize butt shave for my very long hair cat. The staff were very professional and friendly. In no time at all she was done and exactly what I asked for. I will definitely take my cat back to be groomed. My experience there was great and I loved their grooming place it was very clean and bright. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

So clean so informative and well trained groomers. Can watch your cat being groomed via video camera set up by the company. Brings much comfort to the owner to see how well your animal is treated

Took our puppy to between groomed for the first time. Jackie did a wonderful job. She was so kind and patient, and the front desk staff is so kind, warm and considerate. The cut was perfect, and our puppy was so happy at the end.

Update: My dog was groomed by Rachel today. It was the best grooming experience. Rachel was friendly, patient and understanding with my dog and his needs. I can’t say enough about Rachel and the care she provided for Rue. For the first time ever, my dog was totally relaxed before, during and after he was groomed. His cut is perfect, too! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rachel! I can’t recommend her enough. 10/10.

Original post: I have heard all great things about Tender Care Pet Salon and Day Spa. I have a special needs dog who has to visit the groomer often. When I called, Chris was extremely helpful. Thank you, Chris! I am truly excited to bring my dog here and I’lll follow up with another review soon!

Tender Care has been wonderful to work with. I have a dog with a particularly thick double coat and Lindsey has done an excellent job with him even through the holidays! I would definitely recommend this groomer to anyone

As a new and inexperienced cat dad, I brought my long haired cat for a trim and a good brush out. Second time here and both times were fantastic! Courtney was amazing. She answered all my questions, eased my nerves and had some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. She will be my permanent groomer from now on.

Wow so not to get into a sob story but my mom recently passed away; and so my sister and I moved to Florida to take care of her and the dogs before she passed. Now we’re in care of them and needed a place to go for maintenance, I was nervous to find a place to be honest and these guys DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! I felt bad because we missed our exit and came late, so I always get anxious staff will turn you away or something (I understand a grace period but sometimes if you’re late—you’re late!) but they were SO KIND! Took our dogs right away, treated them so nicely and with care. They don’t like their nails touched and they did phenomenal with making sure they were comfortable and okay! I’ve never seen them be so calm during a cut. They had cameras so you can see your precious fur bb! So appreciative of how nice everyone was. Got snacks for our dogs and HUMAN SNACKS FOR US TOO! Yay lmaoooooo
And honestly the price was great, two 60 pound dogs to get their nails trimmed was $30, so I’m ecstatic. Can’t wait to come back and explore more services and spa options for our dogs! Thank you all! This place rules.

Dawn is our favorite groomer at Tender Care! Sadie (mini poodle/shih tzu is always initially anxious when she goes in, but I know that she has a good time while she is there. In the pictures they take, her tail is always wagging. Dawn has also bathed my reactive dog and she does a great job with him as well. It is hard for me to trust him with just anyone and she addressed my concerns about his potential behavior during the groom. He did fine by the way!

Wow! Finally, a groomer who knows how different breeds should be cut and cared for. I had a great experience. Friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Courtney:)

We have been taking our small dog here for about 5-6 months and she's had 2 different groomers. First one was wonderful but she left. The second one, Kale, is so sweet and so good with our dog! Our dog has a little separation anxiety and is so scared when she gets there, just shaking uncontrollably. But she looks lovely and so happy when I pick her up! Highly recommened!

We have been going to Tender Care for 3 years now, and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Scheduling and reminders are super easy, and we get a text message as soon as he is ready for pickup. The whole team is super friendly and groomers do a great job every time. Teddy gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot and can’t wait to be spoiled be the whole staff. Thanks!

Both of my dogs had the non-anesthetic dental cleaning and did great! Thank you for offering this service. So much better than putting a dog under to clean.

Absolutely LOVE this Salon the name "Tender Care Pet Salon" says it all. Amazing customer service, welcoming greeter and not to mention the girls in the back "Jackie" our Dalton loves you!

Only rated on customer service - they cancelled my appointment 1 week away for no reason.

I called this place 2 days ago in the late afternoon, to book an appointment for my 2 dogs. We made the appointment for next week, it was all fine - the lady on the phone asked for my credit card info I asked if I could give it to her another time as I didn’t have it on hand - she said yeah of course just be sure to call back next day OR YOU HAVE UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT - as if you miss your appointment or cancel the day before we charge you - understood - so I have 2-4 days to call back.

The next day I get a call demanding my payment info- I was in the hospital - I text her I can text the credit card info - she said no call back during business hours - after she reached out to me past business hours - this morning I get a text message that my appointment was cancelled - what the hell kind of business is this? I

I was planning on taking my 2 dogs every month here for regular grooming since their reviews seemed fine.

I have never by any grooming or other business been asked for payment information 10 days before an appointment - I have never been cancelled on for not giving a credit card to put on file in less than 48 hours.

I have had so many dog groomers, good and amazing but none with this horrendous customer service. I’m going to assume they double booked and just couldn’t take me anymore and didn’t want to put the blame on themselves because I truly can’t for see any other reason for the cancellation

We are scheduling appointments through Dec and working with two very different calendars, two very busy people. Patty, the receptionist and scheduler, is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. She is an excellent ambassador for her employer and her customers. Kudos to Patty!
