Tendercare Pediatrics-Dr.Lalitha Raguthu, Wesley Chapel FL

I just want to thank you Dr. Raguthu for always being there and helping my children. Regardless of circumstance you always help. I highly recommend this pediatrician.

Dr. Raguthu is a great doctor. Her office is very accommodating and gets us in timely. We have been bringing our daughter here for years. Would definitely recommend!

We have known the Doctor Raguthu for 6 years. My daughter. Victoria always says that she is the best doctor in this world of course, she is the best doctor she always helps me when my kids are sick, also Dr Raguthu team is the best.

Everyone there is so kind and professional. Dr Lalitha Raguthu is very caring, and friendly. I love the way that she talks to my kids and her dedication to make sure they are fine and healthy. I feel blessed and happy knowing that my kids are in good hands.

Dr. Raguthu and her team are absolutely amazing. We have been bringing Raylen to her since we moved here and it took us about 4 different pediatricians in the area until we found her. She cares so much about the kids and is always willing to connect regardless of the time or day to make sure everything with your child is good. She has an extensive amount of knowledge and has provide us with great care and confidence with our son. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Raguthu is the most patient pediatric doctor I know. So knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know your family and meet the needs.

The “nurse” did a better job at housekeeping than fulfilling her nursing duties. Hopefully she is credentialed. Her care delivery was unprofessional and far from TACTFUL!

Dr.raguthu is simply the best. She truly cares about her patients and her staff is amazing. It's amazing to be able to get a hold of her anytime that you need to when you have a sick child.

My kids are patients there for 5 years now. I really like to give a big thanks to Dr. Raguthu for taking a good care of my kids and always listening to all my concerns and help my kids.
My little son is seeing specialist and Dr. Raguthu always follow up with me and sometimes she calls the specialist doctor by herself to discuss medical issues and make sure everything is going right.
Also I want to thank about telemedicine service (very good) I can’t take my kids in person visit all time.

We love it at Tendercare Pediatrics. Dr Lalitha Raguthu and her staff are wonderful with our daughter. They are very caring. Dr Raguthu always follows up and checks on our daughter. I love that we can get ahold of her anytime we need her. It is very convenient to have walk in or same day appointments. I really appreciate that there is a nursing room. We have moved since we started going there and we still travel to see my daughter's pediatrician that she has had since birth. We highly recommend Tendercare Pediatrics.

Dr. Raguthu, Dr. Chinta and Staff (Deana, Rasha) very courteous and always ready to help and on top walk-ins incase of urgency!

Dr. Raguthu is great I live in lakeland and drive to Wesley chapel just to see her because she's that good and her front desk are awesome whenever I need paperwork they get it to me within the hour. I always get squeezed in when I need to get in or they schedule a phone appt from Dr. Raguthu herself to call me. Great Drs office

I dont know how this place have this high of a rating, i dont know if thats fake reviews or what, Office looks out dated and old, the ladies at the front desk were nice, we found ants by the sink in the exam room, no paper towels to wipe your hands, feeding room is not clean and chair is faling apart not safe to sit and feed your baby and your not allowed to leave ur baby's diaper in their trash they hand you a plastic bag and make you take it with you, doctor didn't not seem to care or give any information or she have any knowledge. She stated she answers emergency calls after hours, we're a first time parents and were concerned about something, we called her on a Saturday left a message no answer, we called the office on Monday that we're concerned that she didn't call us back, they said they don't know and they have nothing to deal with it, it's between us and the doctor, overall very poor experience, I ended up taking my newborn daughter to another pediatrician. DONT GO THERE

This pediatrician WILL NOT be there when you need them the most. When she treats minor colds or does the annual exams you schedule two weeks in advance, she is fine. But her practice is too busy and she will not see you when you need her for more serious concerns. We are the patients of Dr. Chintakayala Durga, but we have never seen him at this location. Perhaps he is there only with the name. We have always been treated only by Dr. Raguthu who obviously treats Dr. Durga's patients as well. When we tried to reach out to her about a suspicious pain, she was too busy to see us. Luckily we did not wait for the appointment another day and went somewhere else because we ended up admitted in the hospital with a life threatening condition. It was not a good experience though to have the person who is supposed to be our primary care physician not even be there with some advice. We will not return to this place.

I just moved to the area
And decided to change my kids drs instead of driving and hour plus to their at that time the current dr. I called verified they were in network and made an apt
My kids have NEVER seen any other dr but The doctor seemed ok
She didn't listen nor did she seem to care to listen. She said kids were good, healthy and I got my kids physicals.
They had us return 2 weeks later for "vaccines" because apparently something's needed to be verified with insurance. Ok cool. Again I'm new to this switching doctors thing so thought nothing of it
Took my kids for their shots yesterday and they charged my husband $100? Weird considering this is a WELLNESS check up and their annual check up. So I call my insurance company and after waiting 45 mins on the phone for a rep
They say the DR Coded my kids file with some "Distress something" and that made us have to pay for this visit! INTERESTING! The dr literally told me my kids were healthy and sent me about my way! When I call the drs and get the biller on the phone
He tells me they are actually updating their systems so things like this can hopefully be avoided!? !? !? ! 2 questions here
Are the drs legit aloud to code things however they want and add whatever they want and not even talk to the parents? And how many times this happens especially giving the FACT the biller tells me THEY ARE WORKING TO AVOID THESE ISSUES! Huge red flag here
Any patient please double check your insurance companies and make sure your being billed correctly
They are clearly messing things up in the office to make as much as they could! The world is expensive as it is and I'm tired of being taking advantage off they are finding ways around things! I will not be returning here!

Dr. Raguthu and her staff are wonderful! I can call and get an appointment the same day, even if it’s telimed, which is convenient for me at times. One day I’m sitting at a specialist office, and forgot the referral at home, I called TCP and they sent it right over, so my child could be seen. I have been able to speak with Dr. Raguthu over the weekends, when one of my kids would get sick, and for that I’m grateful. Dr. Raguthu and her staff will go the extra mile to help you and your family!

This place is great very flexible with the schedule and even has after hours number where the doctor call you directly. She is very easy to understand, and caring towards the children. I am very happy with their service.

Dr Raguthu is hands down the best doctor in the state of Florida! I wouldn’t trust my children in anyone elses care besides hers. She treats her patients as if they were her own children, she is truly passionate about her profession and you can see it down to every little detail. Her warming smile, and thoughtful attention is what I love most. My three kids love Dr Raguthu; and I would recommended to everybody and anybody who is looking for the BEST doctor for their children.
