Ordered shoes online on the 15th. They charged shipping when free shipping is plastered all over their site, and after multiple messages to them there has been no response, or any indication the order has even shipped. This looks like a scam website.

I went to tennis inc looking for Fabian, who was the one who helped us choose rackets and strings. His suggestion and guide was excellent, an expert and very professional person in his field. I have called on several occasions asking for him and no one speaks Spanish, they just hang up on me saying "no Spanish. " If anyone knows where I can find it please let me know. An irreparable loss for Tennis Inc.

Best tennis shop around and only bring my rackets to get restrung here because they are pros and the entire experience is top notch.

Was initially excited to see what they had. If you’re a junior player, it’s ok. Zero adult items in terms of clothing. Being in Boca, maybe I had high expectations because of the amount of tennis in the area. However, this place is sub par to the pro shops in the Chicagoland area. Customer serve was horrible. I was basically non existent. Just me and one kid dropping off his racquets to get strung. No greeting. Nothing! I even made my to some items by the stringer. Not a peep. Wanted to even buy some grip to support the local store.
The 2 employees, one guy stringing and one lady at the counter, basically acted as if I wasn’t there. If there was half star review, that would be great. This is place definitely thumbs down! Every Chicagoland Pro shop basically beats this place on customer service and selection of products!

Scam. Buyer beware. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else! Ordered tourna grips July 7th online. It is October. Called multiple times to get info or cancel my order. They gave me a number to call “Tiffany”, which have tried several times but have not gotten any communication back. I just want closure to this. Tired of running around in circles.
