Teri was very informative from the very beginning. She helped guide us through the pricing and repairs for our home. She was right there when we had an issue with our hot water heater (it ruptured one random day). Teri along with my previous neighbors cleaned up things and was on site when the new one was installed. She kept us informed when any new information (offers, market changes etc…).
