After spending time making an appointment they didn’t even show up. Then I call to see why and they say they have no Information on me and we’re super rude.

Tenting was scheduled for Monday. I called the week before (since they didn't contact me) to get direction, as we had to make the house prepared for tenting and we had a hotel booked. I was given a time after 12pm on Friday (took the day off of work), they never showed or called. Saturday I call again, was told maybe Saturday (no time frame given) or at worst Monday (Monday morning is the tenting!). They did show Saturday and was given bags and direction. We moved plants away and watered around, thats it. Monday morning my neighbor send me photos of the equipment destroying my historic sidewalk. Now they are refusing to repair this huge liability that they created for us. Our house has been under Terminix contract since 1984 and this is how they treat us. DON'T USE! Go with Geiger's or Hughes. Hughes tented our guest house and were great!

Would not normally go for a commercial buissness but with Brenda Patton as the one performing the serivice I would use no one else. Brenda is the most professional and realiable.

Couldn't be happier with my initial service. Technician Gabe S.was incredibly professional & punctual. During the inspection, he demonstrated a deep knowledge of pests and their behaviors. He also took the time after inspecting my property to explain the treatment plan in detail.

If I create this is zero I would. As of today it's been one month and have no help from customer service from managers nothing. First they were supposed to schedule me for somebody then without telling me canceled it for another day then then for them not to finish that service that day promise me they're going to come in the next day never did. I had two different technicians come in without any kind of treatment to my house canceling without calling to tell me they canceled or schedule appointments. Having the manager of the branch call me one time promising me it would be fixed a very next day has it been it's now 2 weeks later trying to get a hold of that branch manager, Lawrence, who has not responded to my text or my phone call this is the worst service ever. Just got off the phone with customer service again telling me there's no managers available today to help me and that there's nothing she can do other than send me to the cancellation and I did and they couldn't help me because they had to put me through the managers this is literally a circle.

I paid for an exclusion 9 months ago. The work still isn’t completed. Meanwhile my 1 yr warranty is almost expired. Branch manager Lawrence is very rude and unprofessional. When they schedule services they usually don’t show up or send out a sales person or other services but unable to complete what was paid for. Most of the techs are really nice and try to help but the branch is very poorly managed. I filed a complaint with BBB. That was when management finally addressed my concerns. He came “out to take a look”, was here for 10 min, pointed to a spot, said that was the problem he was going to send someone out, which he did. No full inspection. Problem is on-going. Now he usually won’t accept or return my calls/texts and when he does he tell me to call someone else washing his hands if it.

Still waiting on a call from the branch manager telling me that I’ve been refunded for multiple charges (despite having cancelled my services). Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews before making a decision to do business with this company. These reviews are much more reflective of what you are likely to experience. They clearly incentivize people to write 5-star reviews considering said reviews are rarely accompanied with details about why they are deserving of 5-stars. The 1-star reviews say it all. Avoid.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company has continued to charge my credit card for months despite having made multiple phone calls to customer service that all resulted in their assurance that my services had, in fact been cancelled since May. As of today’s phone call with Terminix, “Natalie in Customer Retention” states that she doesn’t have the ability to reverse the charges on my credit card and that only “Joe the branch manager” can do that. She even went as far to say that despite Terminix having documentation of our phone calls from May (during which I requested to cancel all future services), that Terminix was “fully authorized to make these charges”…. Do you actually expect to retain me as a customer after making such a comment? Nothing could be further from customer retention-like behavior. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing. Believe the 1-star reviews & avoid at all costs.

Bob, our service technician is wonderful. He is very responsive to our need and requests. In addition, he is proactive to potential issues before they might occur. Thanks Bob!

WE paid up front we have infestation and the sales rep JOe Ortiz Lied about everthing, he refererd me to the manage Lawrence and hes even more incompedent then JOe to date they have not showed up. THey lie about everything we have filed a complaint to my cc company and Terminex. DBPR is next!

Absolutely horrible service. We had terminex come and look at a few spots in our home we thought we had termites. Sales man came out and told us that we did not have termites then sold us a plan. 6 months later we found out they were in fact termites! Then to tell us they are not covered because we didn’t have the right plan. So now we are suppose to pay $800 to get out of contact and still have to hire another company THOUSANDS to take care of the termites. On top of that, we get alerts when the pest control part is done and they didn’t even show up to our house! Unbelievable!
The icing on the cake is that I can not get anyone to call me or talk to me about it.
Was basically told “we tried to call you once and you have been denied to get out of contract”
Run! Run! Run!

If you care about your time and/or your money, then do not under any circumstances work with this company. After about a year of working with Terminix, my neighbor tells me that he owns a pest control business and says that he can do a better job than Terminix for 1/4 of the cost. That said, trying to cancel my Terminix services has been nightmare fuel. This shouldn’t be that complicated. I no longer have a need for your services so please stop charging my credit card. Several phone calls later and nothing has been resolved. Non-responsive, nonexistent customer service.

Zak came out to perform an exclusion at one of my properties and also set traps. He came back several times to check them. Every time he was very friendly and professional. He would always communicate when he was in route and his findings during visits and what to expect next. His services are greatly appreciated! I recommend him to everyone who needs to evict unwanted creatures!

Scheduled an inspection with a 2 hour window. They no called, no showed. I called 3 times and no one could tell me if someone was coming or not and if not what happened. Use Orkin, or literally anyone else.
