We had Matthew do our treatment for termites for our property in key largo. He explained everything that he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Matthew was very thoughtful and careful and went the extra mile to ensure we were more than 100% satisfied. Due to Michael and his attention to detail we will most definitely recommend TERMINIX to our friends and family.
Do not use this business. They do not honor their warranty. Our home is infested with termites and carpenter ants. They refuse to re tent the home. They require 3! Inspections before they will re tent and they will not Honor their warranty which we have paid for 10 years!
Steve did a great job attacking our problem and offering suggestions to help moving forward.
They tented and treated our new home for termites and other pests. Now we have termite bond and monthly pest service and we're pretty pest free. Obviously, you're going to see an occasional bug but overall no complaints. All techs have been friendly and responsive.
I couldn’t be more disappointed in their (lack of) service. Very poor communication and didn’t perform services as promised. I have requested a refund since they didn’t do what was promised. I received a report saying they checked property and didn’t even go inside. I highly recommend looking for another pest control company.
