My service was scheduled for the next day and a Spanish speaking technician was assigned as requested. Julian called before arriving at my apartment, he was very polite and professional during the visit and followed all current recommendations for Covid19. I received a report with all that was done and suggestions. I am satisfied with the service provided.

Listened to our needs and delivered a service for no extra cost that another service provider would not even consider providing

Your Terminex guy is the best I’ve ever had. Bill leach is the best and very though and you can tell he loves his job. He’s one of the most personable people that care and isn’t looking out to get more money than a problem needs. I have advertise him and the company on Nextdoor as the best in the area. We have several rental properties that’s not his area but has hooked us up with right people. I will use him for all the properties we have and hope mgm realize the caliber person that that they have. Mgmt can reach out me and hope they do. Bill is the best!

We have remained customers of Terminix for a number of years, primarily because we have a dependable, thorough tech. I would recommend Terminix because of Duilio and his dedication to make sure all our pest problems are addressed.

I had the pleasure working with Travis as the manager and Imraan Sayed as my servicer for Terminex out of the Lake Mary branch. Both were very professional, Imraan would always call me to make sure that the appointment time would work for me and would be sure it always fell on a weekend so I could be there to take my Dog next door so that I could give him access to the house. He truly went out of his way. When I sold my house to move, Travis also went out of his way to make sure my Termite bond would transfer to the next owners. I can’t tell you how wonderful both were to work with. Because of them, I will always use Terminex.

Mike V is simply fantastic. He's very personable, very professional, and always willing to do the little extras asked of him. If I need him to come in and service a few minor problem areas, he's always very willing, describing exactly what he is doing and why. I hear he may be retiring soon. I will truly miss him!

My technician, Travis is always on time, courteous and always willing to work with in regards to my account. The price is reasonable.

Worst service and biggest scam I have ever experienced. Paid 1200 dollars for bed-bug removal and the critters were back in a few nonths. Their customer service is horrific. Basically when i called back to let them know the bed-bugs were back they asked for another 1200 bucks. These people are professional THIEVES. Iwould stay away.

Your Terminix pest control professional, Travis Sias, is great at his job! He's super friendly, courteous, knows what he's talking about when it comes to pest control, and has always been helpful in answering any questions I might have about my pest control needs for my home. He takes time with his customers and it really shows that he cares and that Terminix cares. I would highly recommend him and Terminix.

Terminix did an Excellent job of dispelling the river rodents, which have NOT returned. The technician always calls ahead, plus communicate the specific services provided.

Terminex technician Ray Ojeda arrived on time. While here he was courteous and efficient. He also explained what he was doing as he went through his tasks.

Excellent service and follow up by the technician to let me know if there were any issues I need to be aware of. Highly recommend.

The Tech notified us ahead of time and explained when he was coming. He was able to come a few days early since we asked for help. He cam exactly when he said he would come and performed all the necessary jobs while he was here. Good job.

My husband said he was very nice and helpful I wasn't there this time but my experiences have been the same.
