I have been having terminix service for last ten years. To meet Anthony Schettino (orlando) was the only great thing for the day last week! As I saw him treat my house, I found that he was the top of professional pest control business. He took care of behind the refrigerator, oven and every corner of my kitchen. As soon as he started treatment, roaches were coming out.it was awesome experience and showed he did an awesome job! And his attitude and manner was the best of best! I will recommend Anthony to all of my friends with terminix. Thank you so much terminix to have him.

My previous review was edited to remove the write up leaving just the stars. My complaint is that the price charged seems to be based on what they think the person can pay (expensive neighborhood gets charged more) versus the cost of the service.

Have used Terminix for over 10 years and always received great service, prompt attention and solution to requests. Highly recommended.

I have called the office time and time again explaining that the only time I can be available for service is Wednesday afternoon. This is in my profile, and many supervisors have all assured me. Yet time after time I keep getting emails that say my scheduled service is.anything except Wednesday afternoon. It amazes me that they are completely unable to follow a simple request.

THEY DIDNT COME. They tried to convince us to give our credit card but we looked at reviews. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOU CREDIT CARD OUT TO THIS COMPANY. As they will charge you and not even come and do the process. You hear it from here.

Our terminix technician John is always performing a great service! He’s not just very nice and has a good sense of humor, he’s very accurate with his work paying attention to all the important things.

No one was as accommodating as Terminix. They came within 24 hours of me calling and worked in the rain. I called everywhere and they gave me the best deal as well as customer service. The gentleman who did our service was very attentive, diligent, and funny! He even worked through the rain and played with my dogs. I’m so glad I called Terminix! You have a new loyal raving fan!

Dawayne does a great job. Calls ahead of time and makes sure I do not have any other issues he needs to address. Very punctual and if he happens to be running late he calls to let me know.
