Terrace of Hialeah

The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very talented friendly compassionate loving caring specially Ms. Nakisha Hu, Maria Alfonzo, Clarissa Jimenez. They are always made us feel very at ease to know that my Mom’s in good hands. They all treat my Mom as they their own. My sisters and I are very pleased and thankful for everything your staff is doing to keep my Mom as comfortable as they can. From the bottom of our heart thank you. May God blessings be upon all of you abundantly.

My mother is a resident of Terrace of Hialeah and she is treated well by the staff. They fed her three times a day, give her medicine, change her diapers since she lost the ability to walk and bathe her. They give her her medicines as well.

Very good attention to the residents, from those in charge of their personal care such as Martha, Raquel, to the nurses and supervising nurse Enrique, very good, very professional and efficient.
The place clean and safe.

Went to visit my aunt who is in there on a SATURDAY and no one was around, TV’s don’t work and the A/C is a wall unit that hardly blows out any cool air. This place is ran down and not sure how it passes any code inspections at all. I told my cousins to get my aunt the HELL out of there ASAP. The roof is even falling apart…. SMH Not a good experience visiting my elder aunt!

The staff is very nice and caring. The nurse is readily available, as well as other staff members.

My grandma is in there. They take care of her very well. No bad smells in the place. Very clean everything. Very professional the crew. Sometimes some items that we bring her, gets “lost”… Even though it is a good place. I recommend it.

After visiting my Grandmother, that I thought she was having an Emergency. I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism that their nurses have. I wasn’t accepting at all. Especially in Hialeah. This type of professionalism. I work in the Healthcare industry myself, I’m very impressed with the knowledge and they way they care for their patients. The facility is well kept clean, and established and I’m glad my grandma is under their care.

Place was clean and odor free. I am happy with the care my mother receives. Staff is friendly and very responsive to the needs of patients. Thank you.

It is a terrible place, with poor hygiene and mistreatment of patients who let them defecate in bed and do not change it.

This place looks like a happy place to be. The nurses are very professional and staff offers help and greets you when you come in. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
