Tervis Store, Osprey FL

I am probably not going to visit the store again. I like their products but the selection in the store is limited and I can do better online than spending the time to go to the store.

Tervis used to be outstanding in the warranty of their glasses, over the years I've had half a dozen 8 oz glasses fail, recently took them back and they have discontinued the eight ounce whose idea was that? Really stupid. Now they're going to take the glasses apart and take the medallions out and put them into 12 oz glasses and call me when they are ready, whichever 28 year old MBA made these decisions should go back to school or someplace else to work, they have taken a simple swap procedure and made it into something that cost a lot more money to implement and is really stupid.

Not only do they have the latest styles, but they also have a clearance section as well. But, the icing on the cake is that you can make your own customized Tervis tumblers! Great gift idea for any occasion, but especially for Christmas, it's perfect! Great customer service as well as pricing. You can't beat it!

Great store with helpful staff. They have all sizes of insulated tumblers and water bottles, all made in Florida. I love my Tervis tumblers!

I love this business. With lifetime warranty on their products. I returned 5 distressed cups and it will take 3-4 weeks to fix them Free if Charge. I also shopped and picked up two fantastic looking stainless steel cups

Good selection of tumblers etc. But expect to pay $$$$$. Product is good quality and they have been in business for many years

I was returning a broken cup with a beautiful design on it. I was told that because the design was not salvageable the only thing they would do is give me a blank cup. I told the women she could keep it.

I think it might be the only tervis owned store in the country We bought a couple of things for us and a couple of gifts it's a nice store. Tervis has a lifetime warranty on their products

Nice place and nice staff but limited stock if you want a simple color in the 24 oz.size. Only clear and that was quite a disappointment.

Great selection of modern colors and sports teams. They've changed the shape of some of their glasses, but they're still the best!

I own several tervis. I had a few cups the needed to be replaced. I don't mind having my old sleeves put into another tervis.
I just wish it wouldn't take so long.

Covid excuses and Tervis Tumbler: Ever since the start of the pandemic, Covid has been used as the reason for many rules and restrictions, from the legitimate to the absurd. Yesterday, I stopped by Tervis Tumbler to return a branded tumbler that had seperated in two pieces.
I love supporting our local businesses, and over the years I've purchased enough Tervis tumblers for myself and as gifts to line an entire wall. Although pricey, I've always admired that they stand behind their products and offer a lifetime warranty. But not today!
I was told that because of COVID they were not accepting returns at their retail locations. WHAT? Until they were instructed by "corporate". Aka lady in the back room, I'd have to hang onto my broken tumbler. I wanted to laugh out loud. The store is fully operational, and I am quite positive that if I wanted to purchase a tumbler with some germ covered MONEY, they would have taken it. C, mon Tervis, this is May 2021, not May 2020.stand by your warranty and quit being ridiculous!

Hi Tervis: We all respect the fact that due to Covid returns are not being accepted in person but are now done by mail. My problem with the new system is that I have no say in what I am given as a substitute but was told that my only choice was a plain, clear Tervis glass. Guess I'm just not the plain, clear type. All of my Tervis, sets and singles, are so beautiful and colorful and are part of who I am, silly as that sounds. So I'm going to continue to wait for however long it takes to be able to do returns in person so that I'll be taking something beautiful home with me.

I called the store to see if they are taking warranty returns. They still are not. The store manager I spoke with was no help at all. No convenient return policy- no more sales to me.

Too high.you can get a better deal online. I would not waste my time going back to that store. Plus the staff is not friendly.

Love stopping in every time we do our day trip to Venice. Always have new designs and a lot of variety! Easy access off 41. Lots of beach themed items

Friendly people work here however I will not buy another product from this company. Not even a week of having the cup and washing the cup by hand the decoration peeled right off. I sent the cup to tervis for warranty service and got the cup right back and they said they were not responsible. Pretty ridiculous for a $42 cup. Be careful when buying their products they are not of the quality they seem.

Love my Tervis tumblers! Great product! They are well worth the price. Lifetime warranty, they don't "sweat" and attractive designs. AND made in the USA!

The Tervis line of drinkware is known world wide. They offer great discounts and many cool items in their outlet store. I had a lot of fun shopping there. So if you're in the area pop in. I guarantee you'll be leaving with a bag full of Tervis items. Have fun.
