Helpful staff. But sometimes they don't have cars inside, although they always have them outside to test drive.

This is the worst customer service center in the whole Tesla network. I have had so many issues in the past. The day before yesterday I got a message that my car was done. I went to pick up my car and was handed my key card. I went over my car and things had not been fixed or addressed. On top of it all my paint was chipped away on the rear deck lid! This is the second time that they have done this. I had to get Tampa to fix their work once before. They did not even let me know it was incomplete and even that they damaged my car. Instead they handed me my key as though the car was completed. Upon mentioning that none of it was done I was told that parts needed to be ordered. They had had my car a week! Parts should have been ordered and installed already! This is a horrible customer service center that has horrible customer service. I was forced to use Uber credits for a week because they didn’t have a car available. On the last day I didn’t get a credit at all and was forced to figure it out on my own. Do yourself a favor and use the Tampa location because Sarasota needs some training on traits and customer service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would… my husband and I got the worst customer service that we have ever experienced from a woman by the name of Marissa. She acted like she did not want to be bothered and looked annoyed when asked a couple of questions about the car, she said that she had a long day and that we could just find all the answers online

To start things off make sure you wear Gucci, Louis or Prada. That store is the definition of “We judge books by the cover. ”Being new homeowners in Lakewood national at a 1.8 M house, it shouldn’t matter how you look. The black hair younger female associate with the gauge piercings was completely disrespectful to my father and brother who were interested in buying. She said to not press the brake pedal because it was “too bright” and to not close the doors (when they were closed to begin with). With the utmost disrespect this disgusting associate had the nerve to scream “nobody cares” at us while we walked out the store. Lost a sale today and will be reporting this to upper management. What an embarrassment to the Tesla company to hire such trash. Employees are the face of the company and she is clearly incapable of treating customers with the class and respect that they deserve. Shame on you, and I’ll be sure to mention this to all my friends and family.

I normally do not write bad reviews but I was so ticked off after visiting this store. There was one person in there talking to a male sale representative. We were looking at the Tesla Plaid (only one on the floor) and when a woman came out of the back she walked right past us and did not say a word. I asked if it would be possible to see the inside. She said " No - by appointment only in the evenings" Didn't offer to see when the next appointment was available - nothing! I have the Model 3 so I'm not just looking for the hell of it I actually am interested in getting another Tesla. She acted like we couldn't afford and why waste her time. This was a completely different experience then when I purchase my car from a different location. She needs a different line of work because customer service it not her thing!

Shawn helped out a lot. He didn't pressure me into a purchase and offered a test drive. He answered all my questions and concerns. The car drive was smooth and I was impressed.

Stopped in tonight 03-12-2022 around 7PM to get information and considering of purchasing a new Tesla 3. One girl who works there she was setting on the right side when entering the show room was not helpful at all very rude with her answers she just looks like she doesn't want to be there.

Went today to purchase the black plaid model they have on the floor. The man working there never said a word to me or my friend. The girl with the dark hair all how we are doing and went and sat down with the other worker. We looked at the car for about ten minutes! The whole time she discussed how she wanted to buy a goat with her Co-worker. Not receiving any assistance, we decided to leave. As we left I ask them if they sold cars here? They said yes! Guess they missed out today! Maybe we weren't dressed the way they wanted?

Prejudged before we got in the door… The young lady was extremely rude and blatantly said we were not able to afford the car. WWYD TV should go there

A completely different car buying experience. Everything went smoothly, and the final delivery occurred within the initial ETA. Happy with the car and would definitely do it again.
