General feedback about this location: the car buying experience is unlike any other. Streamlined, simple, and fast. Nothing beats buying a Tesla. Had an issue with the seat bolster rubbing against the center console, but that was fixed with a later service appointment. Technician experience is better than your classic ICE service, but be cautious of the messaging app as you may be talked out of a repair: upload photos and try to get a service center appointment instead of a mobile technician if you’re certain the repair will require a full-servicing mechanic.
Overall 4.5 stars with Matthew, the car buying experience, and service center experience combined!

Friendly staff, especially Natalie and Matthew. I cannot recommend the North FL Ave location more and especially those two extremely patient and helpful individuals.
If you need Tesla specific work then this is really the only place you can go. If you need anything else like tires, you're better off going somewhere else. It took over 24 hours to get tires on my vehicle when I could've taken it somewhere and have it done the same day. The person who "greeted" me didn't say a word to me when he walked up. Just began taking photos of my car and was kinda rude when I asked if they needed my key. He said maybe two words to me when I dropped off my vehicle and seemed very annoyed. Overall, I continue to be disappointed with this service center. Last time they had my car for months with no communication. This time there was still a lack on communication on the status of my vehicle and I had to message them two hours before "pick up" time to receive an update just for them to tell me they didn't get to the tires that day and they would need to keep my vehicle. They offered a loaner for the "inconvenience" but with my work schedule, that unfortunately wasn't an option for me. My encounters with this service center has ruined my experience owning a Tesla and if it weren't for other factors, I would be looking at a different vehicle.
They forgot do tire rotation for me and still charge around 66 dollar on my bill. Text message to them. They confirmed technician did tire rotation already until mobile vehicle service triple check they didn’t do it for me. Give me option they can towing my car to the service center and then I go get my car.that is no finning to fooling your customers
I think Tesla is a good company that offer good products like Tesla EV’s and solar panels. I bought both products, the Tesla Model Y the one that I use for my company and Solar panels that I use for my house and my company. These are very good products, they are amazing and people that work here are amazing, too. They are not perfect, who is? But I think that I list they are working in the right direction helping the environment. The worst thing is that those products and services are so, so expensive but other than that I think is a good company.
We’ve been to about every car service department (first Tesla) known and this was by far the best experience by a mile! Thank you for making our first service at Tesla a 10/10. Wyatt was our service advisor and they kept us up to date the whole time, again thank you! If you’re needing service on your Tesla, this is the dealership!
Bought our 3rd today. Raj was awesome along with another young lady whom I didn't get her name. They were patient as some of the registering methods have changed. Overall great experience with great customer service!
Everything was exceptional including relief from my worries. The service manager soon remedied those as well. A person could only hope to have their Tesla worked on here. The service manager is A champ!

I have tried to contact Tesla over the phone regarding a service question and they simply do not answer their phone or text messages. Absolutely terrible.

Update about 1 year later.
I would like to say I have had service done on model 3 lr couple times now. Once in the center where some replacements had to be done and 2 mobile visits. Everytime each person I have talked with has been extremely professional and polite. Alp questions concerns and issues always addressed. Anytime need service its zero stress factor.
Did a great job of checking me in for service and providing alternative transportation options.
Service is turning nightmarish.app not able to appoint for service.mobile service can't fix any major car problems yesterday and reinstalled old part.and said bring to the shop approx hour drive.charged my card anyway after admittedly unable to fix anything.so have to spend time on that.etc.
My car was returned to me worst then when I took it to get checked! Worst experience ever with an any car service center! How is it that I take my car to get serviced but I receive it worst then when I take it to them, just to get checked! They probably Got mad Because I did not let them work on it! Everyone is Having an issue with this AC since the update! And mine AC was working, not the best, but now it’s not working at ALL! This is Horrible
The service we received at our appointment today was exceptional. CJ was very accommodating, professional and helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience because we had a scheduling mix up and CJ made everything work for us like it was no inconvenience at all.
Hands down the best Tesla service experience I’ve ever had! We had an issue on a road trip, and came in to get it fixed before continuing. Jay in particular was amazing! He was courteous, communicative, and he made us feel that he was going above and beyond. The work was completed promptly too!
CJ and Thomas were both a great help and funny guys. They helped me with quickness and friendliness!
