Texas de Brazil, Sunrise FL

Went here recently for my Dad's birthday. He had never heard of it but he fell in love with it. Highly recommend. The staff are nice and I think the owner even came around asking tables how they were doing. Nice to see people who care.

Amazing experiance! Service, reasonable price, great salad bar and amaizng cuts. Meat was just wonderful. Waiters nice adnd smiling, head waiter was so nice

Very disappointed being that supposedly we are talking about a high end steakhouse. We had made reservations, we were seated within 10 minutes which I had no problem. After being seated we waited about a half an hour before our waitres came to our table. This was our first time dinning at this steakhouse so we were unfamiliar how everything worked. We were instructed to go to the salad bar and serve ourselves. We came back to our table and AGAIN! WAITED for someone to come by with meats as I was told this would be the process.unfortunately again the wait. At one point I felt like I was begging for food because no one would show up. I was also told that we would have green and red cards. Green ment we wanted meats and red ment no. Well we never received any cards. In my opinion they simply did not have enough help to take care of there guests.
If I'm going to pay over 300.00 dollars the service needs to be at a different level.overall I was very disappointed with my experience being that I had high expectations for this place. This was the first and last time for me. Would I recommend this place JUDGE FOR YOURSELF base on this review.

It’s a hit or miss… great service and salad bar. Meats however are sometimes too salty and other times too bland. Temperature of the meets fluctuates a lot so pretty much you get what you get or you’ll be there for a very long time.

To be hones we went twice and the last time literally was our last terrible service the meat comes every hour we were starving and the food was small and raw always the meat came out raw or burned not in between always in the extreme the manager when he saw we were with bad faces came to us only to check up but it was the end we would not recommend this place sorry but it was awful We didnt have a great time seriusly the service is terrible

Always short on lamb, we keep asking for it and when finally came it was bleeding. Obviously they don't care about costumers.

My husband and I came here for the first time after hearing so many great things and wow did we have an amazing experience. Despite coming on a Saturday when the place was busy, we had amazing service. Our waitress Katie was so sweet and attentive. We decided to sit outside and even though we were the only ones there, we were constantly being brought food and not once did we feel neglected. An employee was on his way out and even asked us if we needed anything despite being done for the night. Now that I’m done talking about the incredible service, let me just tell you that the food was delicious. The salad bar had so many options and everything was fresh. The lobster bisque was also amazing and definitely a must try. My husband tried every meat and he couldn’t even tell me which one was his favorite that’s how much he liked everything. The drinks were also strong and very affordably priced. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

People entering the restaurant were not dressed appropriately, one lady had dressed whereas her breast had fallen out of her dress due to a cut out. Several others entered showing without full shirts showing mid sections and others had dresses so short their butts could be seen. I was dinning with my son so explanations had to be made. In addition to the unexpected patrons, the entire experience felt very rushed. The waiters are pushing the meat dishes before salads are started and drinks are ordered.this continued dispite having the red circle showing. Once salads had started, still the rush to add meat. Can we not enjoy each course? The entire experience is not what it used to be. I'll spend my $360.00 elsewhere from now onward. Extremely disappointing to say the least. Too many other fine steak resturants to pick from whereas the guests and staff are more appropriate to the expected experience.

The service was not good. The quality of the food was terrible. The meat was over cooked and rarely brought to the table. The buffet options are lacking as well. Will not go back.

I enjoy going to Texas De Brazil, even just for the salad bar. Everything is delish, a little pricey but delish. The staff members are amazing. I will be making another trip.

Very bad experience and frustration at Texas de Brazil Sawgrass. We went to celebrate my daughter master’s degree graduation. She asked for a Caipirinha, the waiter requested her ID and my daughter shows her an international ID, he said that international ID are not valid, except the passport, then the manager came and he said the same, and they may be right. My wife and daughter went to the same restaurant last week, and she showed the same ID, everything was ok.
Then, what happened? Doesn’t the manager or the restaurant train his staff? Does the restaurant change the rules every other day? Have the waiters their own criteria? My daughter just wanted an apology, and the manager just continued justifying that they have to follow the rules.

I don’t recommend that restaurant, it may have good quality food, but if their criteria, rules, and policies vary from one day to another, or depending on the waiter, it’s not worth risking a celebration.
