Texas Roadhouse, Wesley Chapel FL

Food was good as always. Service was shakey. She dropped menus, as I turned to order drinks she walked off. Had to ask for silverware after rolls were delivered. Had to ask twice for more butter, first butter was less than a knife worth.

The food was very good. Prices seem to be going up, but probably not too much considering the times. Service was good. Food portions seem smaller but there was enough left over to take home a light snack. The steak seemed very thin for a 20oz but was cooked correctly to order which is getting harder to find.

Had dinner for the first time Saturday night and the service and food along with drinks were GREAT but.we left our leftovers which was alot but realized it when we got to the car and I went back in and in that 2 mins at most they had already thrown the Foo away! Really? I was very disappointed I know you can't hold food but it wasn't like it was 30 mins or a hour.

Food was good. Service was great. The servers seemed genuinely happy to be there. Location what you'd expect (no nuts everywhere since covid I guess? I like this personally). Prices fair. The regular coffee was out of this world. Not sure what kind of hallucinogenic drugs they put in there but I sucked down 4 cups and had to stop myself.

Had a very large family group and staff was very attentive bringing out dishes and drinks in a timely fashion. Food was great.

The food was so delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and checked in on us. She brought out additional drinks before we could ask. It was very clean.

This location does not care about quality. They think they’ll always have customers so they just serve whatever the “cook” whips up. We ordered a medium well burger and it was raw. We ordered a onion blossom well done and it was undercooked. Every time I go here, they mess up the order. They just don’t care.

Service was great. Steak was very tough. The last three times steak was tough. Won’t be going there again.

Server was kind and friendly. We ordered two different stakes waiting 20 min both was over cooked big time. Sent them back for better ones. Looking for medium. One came back ok other very over cook. Server said sorry and she will speak to manager that’s all! Asked for boxes to take for the dog to eat. No manager and just took off $6.99! Each steak was $23. Had to wait total 40 mins. Just ate the app and salad. Will not return unless I want a salad!

Food was delish, my steak was kinda small but cooked perfectly. Rolls weren't what I remembered them to be and butter was hard and tasted different. Waitress could've been more attentive.

I had not been out to Texas Roadhouse since the pandemic began. I thought the quality of food was not where it had been. We ordered a Ribeye and sirloin. The Ribeye was at most 1/2 inch and overcooked. The sides were okay - nothing I would go back for. The rolls used to be light and fluffy; they are small and hard now. The one bright spot was the server who was awesome.

Fantastic food and server was very attentive! Steaks and Salmon cooked perfectly! Fresh salad and fresh hot rolls!

Terrible restaurant! Service is always slow. There are so many “greeters” in the lobby, you’d think they’d be able to deliver food on time. I waited over half an hour for my food as a single table. Won’t go back to this one.

I always love eating at Texas Roadhouse when I was in California and am just so happy that they are also here in Florida. The burger I ordered was excellently cooked. Although the buns that they served with the cinnamon butter were not as soft as it used to be.

We are a fan of Texas Roadhouse because of their famous buns. Oh yes! I can eat their buns all day every single day. Their meat isn't the best but if their chef is not in a hurry, it will be definitely be good. We got a good piece of meat the last time we were there. Sometimes it's a hit and miss, but will definitely go back for sure.

Absolutely incredible. I ordered a steak off the menu and had the time of my life digging through it. And yes, I did finish it. Good stuff. So anyways, to make this review not about me chomping through a 24 ounce steak - great staff, great service, great steak.

They need to work on time management. We gave them the phone number to text when a table was ready never received it. Think they forgot us. Went inside and it was cleared out of people waiting. Then we got seated. A person arrived after us (seated behind us) about 20 minutes order and received her food. More than 15 minutes later our food arrived. Took too long to get the check. Was too busy talking to another table about personal hygiene. Lost a customer.
