Love this place! Rolls immediately upon being seated! Great menu that never changes! Prices very reasonable for the large amount of food given! Service always top notch and they even give coupons if you are a member of eclub! Gets very busy here for good reason!

Great service and excellent food. I'm a ranch fan and theirs is fabulous. Their onion is soo good and we all snacked on it. Excellent mix drinks for the prices too.

I went to this restaurant for my 54th birthday day celebration. I would say from when my family and I set down everything was absolutely fabulous. Food was on point, entertainment was spot on, even the waiter who served my table made everyone feel right at home.love it.l will be dining there again for sure. This restaurant is definitely a recommendation, including Birthdays

Sometimes good service sometimes not. But 100 times better than the I-Hop on st beach. That place has the rudest female manager in the world. Avoid at all costs the I-hop on st.pete beach.unless you like being double billed for each meal. And unless you want to meet the female antichrist. She's the worst manager on the planet. Bar none.

Food was great the customer service and the waiter not that great! Check in was really bad!

Our first experience was great. Got a table fast. Had a great waiter but things were slow. They are short on help like everyone else. Our waiter TOM did great. He is a keeper for sure. We enjoyed our evening since we were not in a hurry and appreciate all the workers

We went on a Friday night. The wait was short and the food was perfect. We were amazed at how well staffed they were. Not only that but the staff really seemed to work well as a team and were all so nice.

Ordered water, soda and alcohol drinks, salad and food. Received water and soda, no alcohol drinks came. Food came to table, salads ever showed up. Sent food back until we received salads. Manager came to table and offered free deserts for table. Food came out to table and was awesome. Alcohol came after food showed up. We were not offered desert after dinner not sure if we will return

Service very bad my server came took my order and took the check with her tip.
Food was cold they took back reheat it not changed it

Visited on advice of coworker, bad idea, potato skins were too thick with a couple being overcooked (burnt), my ribeye was veiny and seasonless, ribs part tender part dry and chewy, Server started cordial but it didn't last, still we tipped 22% we have no plans of returning

Food is great but they need to do something about the waiting area.
There is no room for parties while they wait and you have to walk through 4-5 groups just standing in the entryway once you finally get a table

Great food and great service, yes it's a chain restaurant, but you can't beat the price for their steaks! I'm always happy with the food, although the beer selection could use a Stout or a Porter.

Excellent service with even better food. Our waitress Jasmine was superb, she deserves a raise for not only how she catered to us, but for how she catered all of her tables. She was wonderful will definitely be coming back!
