Texas Roadhouse, Fort Myers FL

I order on line.got there and little early.still the food came late. I don't know because they have different cook now, but today the food was nasty. I may go back a other day and see if it different.but today was not good
Will the manager did send me 2 coupons. So I’m changing my rate

Very loud; very crowded. Food not done as ordered. Additional items requested from waitress never delivered. Confusing layout making it difficult to navigate to exit, and barely handicapped friendly.

That was very disappointing. I love TRH - I was a corporate Trainer for quite a while. We went today and my rare steak came out well - which does happen - no worries. The server seemed irritated and took it back. Eventually we just left after my boyfriend finished his dinner. We never heard from a manager… it was so weird. The table across from us ordered before we sat and never got their food. They ended up paying for drinks and leaving… yikes. What is going on here?

Went to Texas Roadhouse when we first moved to cape Coral. Had a very good dinner and have been back twice more. Very good food and service. Yum

Stopped in Halloween evening around 8pm. They were super busy but a short 10 min wait and we were seated with warm bread and cinnamon butter. Tony our waiter was great! Very friendly and attentive. Food came out at a decent time and my ribeye was cooked perfectly. Other items ordered/pictured were the chicken critters, and bacon cheeseburger. We are definitely regulars and will be back soon!

Really filthy restaurant. Bathroom was disaster, trash piling up under tables, ticket receipts left all over tables, seating people at dirty tables, dirty plates and glasses. The staff looked so over it and stressed. They could not be bothered with customers. Tried to seat tables of 10 at a small booth near us multiple times. Chaos. A big mess

Ella was on point one last night. I am a bartender myself and her level of chemistry with the tables were amazing. She engaged with us at the table and had an amazing experience at the dinner table.

I went there on oct 4th and had a pretty good meal. I ordered a hamburger to take home for my son. When he opened the box, he asked me why I started eating his food. You wouldn't believe what was in the box. I took a picture if it and wrote to their corporate office along with the picture. Haven't heard anything back from them. Wish I knew how to post a picture on this review.

The first time here. The food was very very good and not just the entrée. The sides were also delicious. The staff was pleasant and I recommend the place.

I ordered the salmon to go 3 days ago. In the special instructions I asked for extra lemon wedges. I didn’t get the extra lemon wedges—only got one lemon edge, but the salmon was still very delicious. I ordered the same salmon dish again tonight. Asked for extra lemon wedges again—didn’t get any… not even one… I overlooked it and tried it anyway… it was super salty. Salty AF. No lemon wedges to help offset the salt at all. I thought that I could power thru it but it was so salty, my tongue was numb. This is unacceptable. I tried calling in and letting them know but no answer.

Ordered the t-bone steaks and all of them were cooked wrong so we asked kindly if they could cook them better for us and they over cooked them so bad they were dry as a bone. Our waitress took forever getting anything done as well it seemed as if she had an attitude when we asked for sauce to go with the overcooked steak that took an hour to get to us after our appetizers came. If I could give no stars I would.

Had something that looked like a bone in my apple sauce. Told the manager and she was really rude about it. Managers need to be taught customer relations.

Worst steak I've ever had. Can't believe this is a steak house, the steak was so hard to chew I spit most of it out. They do have good servers, that was the only redeeming factor

Don't go there if you have hearing problems. You won't be able to hear yourself think with the music so loud. And they say they can't turn it down any more. Which is a bunch of bull. We've been there before where you barely could hear it. So don't tell me you can't. Hope when you get old that places blast music in your ear! Then you'll know what it feels like. Guess we'll never get to use our Veteran's coupon! Thanks for nothing

11/8/21 UPDATE: . Went there today for their afternoon lunch specials. Got there about 3: 20 p.m. The place was almost empty. We asked to sit somewhere where there was no kids as it was going to be kids night eat free. Waitress walks us all the way to the back of the restaurant. Past rows of empty tables. I asked again, I do not want to sit by kids. I was told there's no kids in the restaurant. And they wouldn't be coming till later. We ordered, got our meal and started eating. A lady sits down next to us with a baby and starts breastfeeding her child. Not a problem, and the baby was quiet, so not a problem. But, there was maybe 5 tables occupied in the whole joint. And all of us were crammed together in one little section. I was 2 ft away from the table next to me that had people on it. And the whole rest of the tables in the restaurant were empty. I was told there's no servers for The other areas. They couldn't walk a little bit more?

I like the food at Texas Roadhouse. But your procedures continue to baffle me. And makes me want to not come to your restaurant.

4/7/21 UPDATE: Asked for a burger "no in pink". Burger came with a raw center. Not just a little pink, a lot of pink. Had not taken a bite and sent it back. All they did was microwave the whole plate. Burger was better, but still a little pink. Bun and fries were dried out. Our once favorite place is going down hill. Won't be coming back too soon.

3/? /21 UPDATE: We happened to go on a Tuesday night. Little did we know that Monday and Tuesday are kids night. It was like a daycare. We were seated in the very back section. There had to be a dozen kids around us. They all looked to be 2 or younger. Worst experience ever at TR. We had a family directly next us with 3 screaming kids. And if that isn't bad enough, when they cleared a table near us, the employee slammed the dishes so hard and loud, I almost jumped out of my seat. Recommend place families with small children together in a section of at all possible. And talk with your employees on how to clear tables. Please!

Good food, good service. A step above most other restaurants.

I like the place, the servers couldn't be any nicer, and the bread rolls are awesome. But there's no consistency on the food quality. I go there quite often, and most of the time i always order the 16oz sirloin steak, which sometime is very good and juicy, cooked as ordered, but sometimes it arrives cold and the meat full of fat and hard parts, making only 40-45% of the "16oz" edible. I never complain because i go there often, and i've seen criticism is not well taken, or not a smart move on restaurants we visit often, and people handle your food before it gets to the table, but the whole "good" experience should be more consistent, and not limited to some days, or us being lucky one day, and then not so lucky the next weekend, after all, whether the food is good or bad, the bill is always around the same, over $120 for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids.
I also had one instance where i checked in with the hostess, she told me that there was a 15 minute wait time, and i waited outside with my family, i started seeing poeple arriving and being seated right away, and after 45 minutes, i had to ask the hostess why was my name not beeing called, and she told me they didn't have my name registered, i showed her a text message on my phone that said they would call me as soon as my table was ready, but after that, no more messages were received, and they didn't have me on the list. By the time i brought this to their attention, the hostess had been changed, and the new girl didn't know i was waiting outside for almost an hour. They apologized but still made me wait another 15 minutes before we were seated. I was about to walk out and leave the place, but my kids were starving since we had been waiting outside for 1 hour, i decided to stay. Coinsidently, that day was one of those days where the food was not as good as other times, so that was the cherry on top of the pie, eversince that time, i now have limited our visits to this place from almost every weekend, to one time every 2-3 months.

Good tender 6oz sirloin. Salad cold and very good.
Only issue was wait time on a Friday night. Had to sit outside, smoking available on both sides and we smelled like smoke when we got into car to leave. Need to have one side No smoking

We had a very delicious dinner! We all had sirloin steaks, they were cooked just like we asked (rare). Our server was Danny he said it was his first day, he was awesome and seemd to have worked there for years, very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a wonderful veterans day dinner!
