Texas Roadhouse, Bradenton FL

Good was great, but the wait time was horrible. Was told 45 minutes but took over an hour. It was extremely disorganized. The young lady taking names was very nice but her manager was a frantic mess.

Food was lackluster at best. The wife had the 8oz.filet. Cook was right on but there was such heavy charing it was hard to eat. I had a ribeye, again a perfect cook my charing wasn't as bad but it tasted like it was cooked partly on a freshly cleaned flat top, that almost gritty taste. They sent me shrip instead of the ribs I ordered. They were great! Should have taken it as a sign. Ribs, not so much. Fatty and seriously over cooked. The service really made up for it though. The server we had was attentive friendly and helpful. As was the manager who brought my ribs to me. Hate to say it but I won't be back.

Excellent. Always good. A little crowded this evening. Call ahead is the only way to go. But, regardless of how busy they are, the food is always good and the wait staff is the best around. It's always a good experience and we'll come back again!

Tonight was the 12oz Ribeye. They cooked it exactly as I asked. It was tender and tasted great. Always Excellent. Bravo Texas Roadhouse, Bravo!

I have gone to this location of Texas Roadhouse periodically since it’s opening, I can confirm that it is consistent with other such locations of the chain. All of my visits have started with peanuts and hot rolls and have contained good food, good service, and great atmosphere. Any fan of Texas Roadhouse will be happy with a visit here.

We recently visited Texas Roadhouse for dinner. We both ordered the smothered chicken and both orders were extremely undercooked. This is an unacceptable way to serve chicken. Then, they took it back and cooked it more, and what we received was stringy, dry chicken. We might as well have thrown our money out the window! We will be opting for Longhorn Steakhouse in the future. What a disappointment.

Good food, iffy service (it was very busy when I was there) but the noise level is over the top loud. I'll beback but not at a busy time.

We had absolutely the best waiter. He was attentive, took questions and made suggestions, all while being extremely polite.

I've only been to this restaurant one time but everything from the food to the service were exceptional. Everything was great and if you or your loved ones want any amazing meal and experience, come to this restaurant. Highly recommend and I plan to come back to eat here again in the near future.

Packed on Sunday afternoon, but we reserved a table ahead, and were seated right away. Rolls and cinnamon butter were excellent as always. Steak was delicious. Corn and potato were amazing.

Let me just say! I am impressed by your menu! I am a carnivore and it's not always easy to order lots of meat! But y'all have the combos and I can add another meat to it! GREAT JOB!

They said 45 minutes to get a table that turned into 1 hour and 20, it was another 45 minutes to bring the food, then my wife did not get what she asked for, I spoke to the manager, he personally brought her the food and in his presence He realized that the food was wrong again, it took another 20 minutes to get what was ordered, then they charged the bill as if nothing had happened.

Sidney was amazing although we waited so long to be sat and to get our food.she was very nice.best serve at texas roadhouse.

Had a hair baked into our bread. Then had to wait forever on husband's mushrooms after receiving steak. Server was good but no manager came to address the hair. Poor Manager

We have been to this steakhouse chain several times and, as always, were greeted by the staff in a very friendly and helpful manner. We'd love to come back.

We were there today 5/21/2023 at 4: 30. We both ordered chicken breast salad which, as always, was delicious. We were mostly impressed with our server Allen. He was such a personable, attentive, professional worker. We will definitely ask for him the next time we go there!
