Service was amazing! My steak was perfect as well as everything else. It's always crowded but it's well worth the wait

First time at this location and it was a solid choice. They are very consistent no matter the location. Food was great, steaks cooked to perfection, service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely feels like you are back in Texas.

Brilliant evening and good food. Only complaint was my steak was overdone and just warm but great flavour

My ribs were burnt. I did get new ones. My husband's steak was overcooked on one side and perfect on the other. The waitress was great.

The food and the service is great but I’ll always come back for that bread and butter. That’s a must!

They had a sweet girl making balloon animals while people ate. She definitely entertained my kids and absolutely killed the balloon animal game. They were so unique! Bring cash to tip her!

We're from TX and expected more from this restaurant in FL. Our steak was burned, and our server wasn't too friendly.

Was my mom's 76th birthday although I told waitress did not see a happy birthday jingle for her as everyone else but the steak was amazingly cooked great taste thank you guys!

The place was crowded, customer service wasn't very good, had a salad and it was good but something made me sick, I threw up all night, I Love the place, but first time I've been sick from there

What a great experience. Been coming here every so often for the past 3 years but the service today called for this review. Both meals, chicken & steak were cooked to perfection. Our server Amanda was phenomenal, with a great attitude and extremely on-point timeliness with requests and refills.

The food was absolutely delightful! The bread was so soft, and I ordered steak with grill chicken with a side of sweet potato with marshmallows on top, as well as fries. I was so full after the very affordable meal.

Meal was good, cooked to order. Friendly staff. Some chairs need to be balanced. Very busy location.

The steaks were awesome!
My wife ordered the ribeye and I ordered the roadkill.
The only complaint with the food was that the salad mix was a little old. Other than that 5 stars.
Rachel was our server. She was very friendly and quick with her service.

Amazing food! Are you kidding me! Our sever ADAM is by far the best server there and recommended me the fried chicken and white gravy super good and just awesome personality! The manager of the floor, Sasha, was awesome!

We used the online wait-list and were told it would be 25-35 mins, we left without being seated after 45 mins.

Hair in Salad n on my guest fork. My guest hit her face on the light that was hanging over the table. It settled n she had a headache. NO sympathy from the manager only that we could go to any Advent hospital. Before she went on to say she will pull the camera footage n that the charges may not be covered. Kinda disappointed bcuz I expected more sympathy. My guest went to the doctor n paid herself. Guess we will take all our guests next door to Outback from now on. We have been going to Texas road house in several states for many years.sorry it ended this way.

UNCLEAN! My nephews went to the bathroom and saw a cook use the bathroom with his gloves on a urinal! Fries burnt
