Ribs were overdone, as usual. Don't know why I keep ordering them. Regardless of which restaurant we go to, I always hope that "this one won't have burnt ribs. " But they do. Fries and slaw were good. Chops were excellent. Salad and dinner rolls were great, as usual.

Great food, great service and my steak was cooked perfect! They sure made this birthday girl feel special!

Place to go order showed up at the proper time order was not ready said I had to wait on them to prepare bacon bits for loaded baked potatoes after 10 minutes went back in asked about order again got the same answer asked for a discount for next trip said I could get 50 cents off and could have my order and go now asked for a drink a glass of water or tea was told again I could get 50 cents off and get my order and leave short blonde girl at to go counter very rude disrespectful lacking customer service skills to the extreme will not be back!

First time I went, and my last, worst service I ever had ordered margaritas and they were wrong ordered country fried stake it was burnt and really salty definitely was not worth all the waiting I did

Absolutely the best place for country steak cooking. The yeast rolls are my favorite! The service is outstanding! The timing was impeccable!

Get staff, friendly and accommodating management, food was delicious and steak was just the way I liked it. It was a nice afternoon out with the family in town from Ohio!

Great service, got seated very quickly and my husband was happy to drink a beer outside while we were waiting to be seated.

Food is always good here. The only issue we have is their inability to comfortably accommodate large parties. We always get separated or crammed in a very small space.

Today our meals were late and 2 of the filets seemed stale or stayed under the warming light too long. Not a good day at the Roadhouse.

This is my favorite place to eat. The steak is always so tender and every member of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Great food Super Service people are always nice and you never get a bad Meal and their prices are really reasonable

We came here for dinner after seeing a show. Noisy place. Food was good but the service needs some help. Server was pleasant but forgot one order. We had to ask twice before the order came.

The food was great, and usually Texas road house is on it for the type of place and price range they are, but they split our party up versus sitting us at a bigger table which they had, even sat 2 people at a 6 top behind us versus letting us move around to be closer. Then food was slow, it was very good once we got it, but it took for ever it seemed. Seems service was a little off last night. I hope it is just a one fluke, but we will see.

After we waited for our seats, the tables weren’t ready and had to stand waiting for them to finish cleaning the tables. My son ordered a ribeye steak medium rare and they served him well done. When they brought it back everyone already was done eating and his steak was raw as well he didn’t receive none of his sides. He didn’t eat and the managers didn’t offer to give anything return after this terrible experience.

Ate here with co-workers for Xmas on the 27th. Good solid meal, BUT ordered a vodka martini - dirty with OLIVES. And made sure to specify Grey Goose vodka. The meal was very good and the steak was cooked just like I like it. BUT the drink sucked. When I pay for premium vodka I expect to TASTE IT! On top of that, it wasn't dirty and ONE OLIVE!

Steak was cooked as requested but typical for sirloin kabobs, some parts were too fatty to chew. Green beans were tasty. However the rice was cooked to mush. Servers were excellent.

Was there to service the soft water in the boiler room. I noticed copper pipe turned black. I would have the restaurant checked for carbon monoxide. I no longer work for the vendor that serviced the water softeners or I would have tested it myself. They can contact me I do own a ppm meter.
I did not eat there but it smelt great and otherwise looked great, very busy

I ordered a 12 oz ribeye. I ordered it med rare, but it was med well. The steak was the was very thin and would be impossible to get med rare. We really like the restaurant and staff, but the last 2 times I ordered ribeye I have been disappointed. Guess I am done with ribeye. I will go back to road kill which is always good.

Melissa, the marketing coordinator is awesome. She works like crazy in the community and is always giving free meals for our little league. Food and service are absolutely superior!
