Hands down the rudest operators I have ever dealt with. They "lost" my freight and all I was told was well that happens.later to find out my freight had been riding around on a trailer and no one knew about it.

Usually don’t leave reviews. If you have a choice to go between TForce or another company. Use another company. You will regret using their service as it is lackluster all around. Timing, communication, customer service, etc. After my package being delayed I got a call from somebody from TForce asking me what time is good to schedule delivery. Not only did they give a 4 hour time frame but the package never came and no communication occurred afterwards. 4 hours of being attentive to this package and not work. I leave 2 emails and none were responded. I get another call trying to reschedule it. Another 4 hour time frame and still no one comes. I leave 2 more emails and still no response. You try to call the center and the call never goes through and you’re spending 30 minutes talking to a robot. Worst shipping experience ever.

The worst experience ever. Two weeks trying to schedule a delivery. Three times scheduled and never showed up. I ended up canceling the service.

Worse delivery company ever. I bough an item from office depot and it took for ever to be delivered. They sent you email that is going to be delivered before 10 pm and by 2 PM they update that was returned to the dock. Customer services is bad as well. They should provide a shorter window for delivery. The delivery person does not even call you ahead of time to advise on delivery time even though was requested to call 1 hour prior to arriving the office

Absolutely the worse customer service. No follow up and calls go overseas where they have no idea what's going. They tell you to call back and deal with it. What a joke.

Update. Today package shipped out and driver was extremely professional. I would recommend switching to a U. S.based call center where communcating with agent is much easier. Keep the jobs in the U. S.

I have been having the WORST delivery experience. Friday, September 2nd the delivery guy came to my apartment, rang my doorbell but by the time I got to the door he was gone, he did not leave my package even though there was no request to obtain a signature. I called TForce Logistics, and by the time the call was over I wanted to cry. Tuesday, September 6th the delivery guy said he couldn’t make the delivery because the security gate was closed, once I received the “delivery exception” email I called TForce Logistics, I gave the representative the code to the gate so the driver would be able to enter the property. Wednesday, September 7th I received a “delivery exception” email, AGAIN the driver entered the exception as “close building”, I called TForce Logistics, and AGAIN by the time the call was over I felt like crying. I could barely understand what the representative was saying, he was unable to give me the local telephone number (I wanted to call to try to have my package redelivered). Thursday, September 8th, true to form I received an email stating the driver couldn’t get on the property, he did not use the call box even though I supplied TForce with my gate code, I didn’t bother to call I’ll wait for the package to be returned to Office Depot and I’ll buy the item from the store.

Horrible service if they even service! Scheduled pick up arrived after closing hours and never re-scheduled the pick up. Even when we called to have it re-scheduled, they still did not show up to pick up. Gross is an understatement.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I shipped out my package with TFORCE that was in a brand new corrugated double wall box. The package was obviously destroyed with a fork lift. When I made a claim with them they denied it with no compassion or reasoning. Very horrible company to conduct business with. Do yourself a favor and fin another carrier even if it's a little more expensive.

I would not recommend this company for LTL freight! I ship Solid aluminum generator stands and they damaged the shipment and refused to take responsibility. They said is was not packed right, but I ship dozens and dozens of these without issue. I will NEVER use this company again and feel that they are not to be trusted.

Horrible customer service and delivery drivers. First delivery item arrived damaged. Picked up and redelived by them to now continuously receive an invoice for past due payment. The company (Earthlite) has contacted them to fix this issue to bill them not the customer (ME) This has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend this company.

I cant believe they lost my wood panel for my kitcken.how its possible that 4 panel long 15 feet can disappear? They company never called to let me know and i waisted home all day

Never work with them again two days they don't show up to pick up a shipment! They don't call don't respond nothing Two days 5 pallets are sitting and no one picks them up. I should of seen the other reviews before trusting them with my shipment. Carrier Pickup Number WBU36796210

I only gave this company one star because I couldn't give 0 on Google. Their driver lied about delivering a shipment to my home and placed on their order status that "No One Was Home" I was home all day waiting for this shipment from them along with 3 other adults. He didn't even know that my residence was located in a Gated Community so there was no way he attempted delivery if he couldn't Eve get through the gate to enter the Community. To make matters worse when I contacted them for assistance there was no customer service extended by their Representatives. With a strict deadline to meet two days from now, this company and their drivers unethical behavior and their lack of professionalism might have just cost me my job! Worse package delivery experience ever! Stay far away from having this company haul your freight if you can!

The hands-down worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to get a package from Office Depot, and these people LIED about attempting delivery from first to final attempt. I was home and even provided specific instructions after the 1st attempt. They sent back my order and I had to put another one in. Sickening that they're even granted a partnership with companies like Office Depot.
