TGH Brandon ER, Tampa FL

An unforgettable experience, more than two hours waiting for a doctor to treat my child who had his eye super swollen and in a lot of pain from an infested pimple, they treated everyone except him, it is incredible to the point of leaving and not waiting any longer.

Had my daughter seen here everyone was very friendly and caring way better then the ER I was seen at!

I visited with Dizziness and nausea and I was given fluid, CT scan of brain and sent on my way. Was still a little dizzy with nausea. 6 days later, I was taken by ambulance, with Pulmonary embolisms with infarction.to different hospital, LUCKILY they rushed me to critical care and took care of the issues.

Super Rude waited for 3 hours to be seen no one cam to the room other people got their after us n got see before us. Hate this place ….

I came here because I started bleeding at work - I’m pregnant. I thought that would be pretty important so I came here immediately after I got off. Obviously it wasn’t to them - I sat in a freezing cold room for 4 hours to get an ultrasound which they never returned to give me the results off. The paramedics IV he inserted hurt me the entire time. The nurse Rebecca never gave me a blanket despite having me undress from the waist down in a frigid room - I had to get the ultrasound tech to bring me one; I never got a pillow either. The Dr “Gysing” came in after a couple hours of waiting and was supposed to do a pelvic exam for me “in a minute” and vanished never to be seen again. I was uncomfortable the entire time and nobody cared to communicate anything. Eventually I got up & disconnected my IV and chose to leave on my own because they threw me in a room and completely forgot about me. I’ll never come back.

Nurses are VERY rude, uncaring, and highly unprofessional. Now I see why they aren't working in the main campus.

Been here since 9: 45 and its 12: 47 and still no call, lady was rude when i asked when their calling, just terrible service overall.

Stuff is not very polite and inpatient if you have any choice go to the Advent Brandon ER they are very professional kind understanding and patient Tampa general hospital Brandon ER not so much they act like you're just another case number and move on Advent brand in ER acts like you're a human being and make sure you're takien care of

Rarely ever needing an ER, but our local TGH walk in clinic recommended this place as the records would be in one place. Glad I went. I needed a CT scan and waited about 1.5 hours, maybe less on a Tuesday afternoon. Security guys were nice as was the gal checking in. My nurses Grace, Debbie and Julie were AWESOME. Dr. Al was great. Kudos to the radiology gal too (can't remember her name). It does happen to a bit out of the way for me, but certainly would recommend and if needed, would consider the drive too. Great job guys!

I came in thinking I was having a heart attack. The staff were quick and caring. I got back in less than 5 minutes. I ended up getting monitored with EKG, regular BP readings, chest x-ray and blood work due to high BP and was kept until it went down. My nurse Pam was amazing! She was sweet and caring. She made me feel comfortable and like a real person. I wasn't just another ER patient. Bless her with a raise and a promotion! She's the best nurse I've had in a long time.

Is the worst hospital emergency room I ever been my blood pressure was high I had a fever I was sick anything everything I ask the doctors they said I don’t know. They said they don’t know they do the bloodwork on me. They do the x-ray on me they leave lotta bruises on my hand, I don’t recommend it nobody go there. They just don’t know what they doing. I paged yhem 3×1st one hour. Nobody came to take me to the restroom.

HORRIBLE customer service. When you aren't feeling well, which of course is the reason you are visiting this individual, you won't get the care you need, The doctor was very unprofessional. She was an egotistical healthcare provider.

Be aware that if you're going for a service like imaging or labs, it's probably going to be run as a hospital visit. They advertise this as a health plex that conveniently has all the services you need, but you will get charged as a hospital visit.

Good service for a minor ER visit on another time I went.

No complaints on the visits to the doctors on the upper floors either.

Highly highly do not recommend this location literally 4 hours in the waiting lobby there’s hardly anyone here smh never ever again will I return here under any circumstances

Today I arrived at 6: 45pm with a very bad headache, nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, chills and I was in the waiting room for 3: 30 minutes and they did not assist me. I spoke to customer service on 3 occasions and they told me that there were emergencies.more serious than mine, how they determine my severity if they are not suffering from it, and they have not examined me, I saw how people arrived an hour after me and were treated and according to the same staff there were priorities, I felt decriminated and humiliated in my treatment So much so that I left without being attended to and they didn't even give me an apology. I thought they had ethics and professionals because of their motto in their publications, but they still have a lot to learn about the treatment of health. I don't recommend it. I'm very sorry for the harm.moment that today they made me experience my health worse by having gone to this hospital.

I’ve had to come in a few times for cardiac issues. Everytime the staff has been very accommodating and informative. Out of all the nurses I’ve spoken to, nurse Debbie is my favorite. She is so kind, patient, and comforting.

The lab, very bad. Waiting for a long time!
The laboratory, a wait of an hour. And they never called me. There was q. Wait more time.
