TGH Sun City Imaging is close to home and staff is friendly and professional. It can be hectic and there are often long wait times should the office be exceptionally busy. But, overall, I haven't had avebad experience. The Techs are very friendly, informative and
knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I called on Friday and got an appointment on Monday! Can't get any better than this.

With one exception, a negative experience from walking in to walking out! One person doesn’t know what the other is doing. Patient care is at a minimum. The lady who finally helped me at one of the desks was able to sort out why I had not been called and got the ball rolling immediately. Thank you to her.

I recently had an MRI of both hands at Tower Imaging in Sun City Center and while the tests were hard, the techs were so kind & informational. The scheduling was excellent as well as the reception/office staff. This is the location I prefer for all my imaging—never a bad experience in the time I’ve been going here (5 yrs).

Scheduling appointment for ultrasound was horrible, waited 35 min on hold. Then clerk asked for all my information and asked me to spell every word. Then I learn She had my order in front of her with all the details but she kept me on phone. I believe she really did not want to answer any more calls.

I went here for an ultrasound for my breasts and armpit lump (I’ve had since 2022). I was told I would receive no call back if there was nothing wrong. Cool but they did not send my results to my primary care. They have made me wait extremely long since LAST YEAR without notifying me about my health whether it was hormonal or not. Extreme wait time for phone call holds which declines the call and more. Overall played with my health. Wasted my time.

5 star service once there, but no one ever answers the phone! In the 34 minutes I have been waiting for pick up I have heard your message about streamlining a patients experience more times than I can count. New medical record system, new portal.what does that have to do with having the proper staffing to answer phone calls? In that 34 minutes I could have driven to the Sun City Center location and started the drive back home! I have always had great service with very nice people, but this is ludicrous! I called a 2nd number I found but am going through the same routine. Pathetic.

I’ve never experienced such an unorganized medical facility in my life. Having worked in the medical community for years at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, TGH Imaging Powered by Tower, isn’t powered by anything, but rude employees and a lack of management to correct their blatant infractions of plain patient care from start to finish. I got excuse after excuse why I couldn’t get through to them in the phone…a new scheduling system blah blah blah. EPIC is one of the easiest systems to use. So my question is, do they have qualified employees to learn a simple system. Then, you arrive to a waiting room that’s packed no matter what time of day with no accommodations for the handicapped that have to stand in a line to check in for an appointment that had to be scheduled. Take my orders and they promptly put it in a folder behind many more. Appt.was schedule for 8: 45. Now the checkin doesn’t have any info but my orders. When I finally walked back to counter at 9: 30 for a 8: 45 appt.and asked for my paperwork back the checkin lady got extremely rude with me. I stated my case quite clearly for all to hear, and 8 people walked out with me with my paperwork in hand. WORST imaging facility ever and I welcome a return call from someone from TGH to reach out to me. Since Google only gives the opportunity for one star, that’s still too generous for TGH IMAGING POWERED BY TOWER.

OMG! I have called scheduling a couple times per day over a week. Nobody answered and waited at least 30 mintes. I ended up scheduling at the BayCare via online. It was much easier.

Staff and technicians are very accommodating, helpful and polite! I didn't have to wait long!

I walked in today, no appointment, Yvonne greeted me right away, brought me over to her window, and scheduled me right then and there for a mammogram. She was amazing! So helpful. I don't get a lot of time off so being able to walk in and and be taken immediately was awesome! Thank you Yvonne for your kindness!

Called for an entire month to get an appointment and no one ever answered the phone. So I gave up and had to go to the office. Once at the office to set my appointment the lady was on a personal call and I heard her say. She had to go because of a patient. SERIOUSLY! Is this the reason the phones aren't being answered?

Great facility and providers of service. I was in and out quickly and the technicians communicated to me exactly what was going to take place for each procedure.

These people are racist. I had an appointment for 1. They took everyone but me. I had to go back to the window. The lady said they had forgot about me.
