TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track, Apollo Beach FL

Me and my husband came in on 4-26-2023 at 5: 00pm this was our 1st and LAST visit, my experience was horrible the 2 girls that sat upfront was rude and unprofessional. My husband was trying to use his phone to finish verifying his information on TGH website and it kept reloading and kicking him off through his email and the website. I explained to the 2 girls that was sitting upfront at the desk and they told me he needed to keep trying (our main concern is to get him to the back as quick as possible so he can start getting treated). I then ask for the paperwork 3 times and the front desk girls refused to give it to me and said they prefer for it to be done on TGH website. I told them that it wasn’t working and literally had to go back and forth with them about paperwork. She finally gave it to me. Seconds before me asking for paperwork notice that a WHITE man turned in the same verification paperwork that and my BLACK husband was asking for, she tried her best to cover it up but I wasn’t having it so WE LEFT……. 0 Stars for me

I waited for two hours even after I did the online check-in and shown up at the correct check-in time. Then they only seen me for about 10 minutes, just long enough to check my vitals and swab me for Covid. They then stated they’d give me a prescription, never did diagnose me, I had to ask over the phone afterwards when they called me with my Covid results. Then as if it couldn’t get any worse, the medicine they prescribed was out of stock on back order at all the pharmacies in town and after I called back twice to speak to someone they finally said “ok we will let the doctor know to change your prescription”. It’s been 36hrs and still no medication. What a waste of time and money! Never will I go back!

I took my husband here due to a bloody nose. My husband has had bloody noses off and on for about 15 years. His ENT wasn't available so we went to TGH urgent care in Apollo Beach. When we arrived, before we sat down we asked if they could cauterize it and we were told yes. We waited 2 1/2 hours before we saw the nurse practitioner. She looked in his nose and said they could cauterize it but didn't know if she could do it or if the doctor had to do it. She left us in the room to ask the doctor. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes. She came back and said the doctor said he wouldn't do it and we needed to see an ENT. Why didn't they tell us when we walked in the door? And his insurance is going to be billed for this? Will never go back.

A very positive experience. I love the new facility and Elizabeth Mulvey, PA was so sweet and successful at curing my issue. She even gave me a hug. Thanks, TGH

I went in the other afternoon to get evaluated for a surgical site infection on my left arm and was impressed with how the nurse practitioner listened to me and felt heard. She quickly assessed me and got me on the road fast without delay. Great team at the Apollo beach tgh fast track.

We were greeted immediately and was taken care of soon after registering, everyone was friendly and the doctor was very nice and answered my questions. They treated my daughter with respect and compassion. Very short wait. I will definitely visit again.

Great service. Dr. D. Vargas had excellent bedside manner. I'm a medical professional, he did not know that which let me know he definitely treats everyone the same, with respect, professionalism, & dignity. He's a real gem. The office overall was very nice. The staff had great attitudes. I will definitely come again.

3/28/23. I was seen by Mr. Daniel Demilio PA. Omg, he is such a beautiful person that have the best bedside manners. He was very attentive and caring. I never seen that at an Urgent Care. He called later with my results and provided me with additional information. Nurse and X Ray tech was both a beautiful ray of sunshine. Now the girl at the front desk was asking me to connect to wifi and my services are always so weak there. When I told her it won't connect, she asked me questions like I was a bit slow. I showed her my problem and she couldn't do it either and I informed her I teach technology. I get it, many people aren't tech savvy but don't assume we aren't tech savvy. Overall, my medical Team on yesterday was the best.

I arrived at 750 am so I could have an 8 am walk in time. I did but then I sat for 30 minutes as I waited for my pre employment drug screening. When I finally asked I was told they don't start seeing patients till 830. What a waste of my time and how sad if you are feeling horrible to have to sit on the waiting room for so long. Overall experience was good but I felt very frustrated at the misconception of arriving to begin my (fast track) screening.

My husband took my daughter for an x-ray first thing in the morning. They had him wait for 2 hours before seeing her and nobody at the front desk thought to tell him they didn't have an x-ray tech on staff that day and couldn't give her an xray at the location he went to. They sent him with an x-ray order for her and said to go to a different location, but by that time he had to go to work. I drove to the second location they told me would have an x-ray tech on staff, after calling and waiting on hold for over 40 minutes to confirm I could go any time (I work too). When I got there, their tech had already left at 2. I asked if they could tell me when and where there would be a tech on staff next and she couldn't give me that information. I asked if there was a direct number I could call and she said no, there's only the one. I had to call and wait on hold another 40 minutes before to confirm there would be a tech before we brought her back the following morning for an x-ray. They have 1 number for all their locations and I have currently been on hold for over an hour and a half just to find out if my kid's xray has been read yet. This has been such a headache. It would have been easier to just go to the hospital!

All staff and PA were fantastic. All listened and I felt well cared for. Highly recommend this walk in clinic.

I went there with ear soreness the doctor and nurse were great. Friendly staff and clean place.

I was seen pretty quick. The NP was wonderful, I was able to purchase meds right there and I'm already feeling better.
