TGI Fridays, Kissimmee FL

Fridays is nostalgic for me. The food tastes just the same as 15 yrs ago when I first started eating it. I'm tempted to take away a star for every dish they took away over the years cuz I miss that vanilla bean cheesecake and the ciabatta bread.but as long as the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta and pot stickers (they did take away the cabbage tho.) stays on the menu, I'll learn to love bread sticks and buddy's rainbow cake. It was a lovely birthday and our waitress was incredible; didn't forget a thing, brought everything we asked for and even sang me happy bday. She even went out of her way to bring boxes and napkins. Always a lovely day when I can eat at Fridays.even if it's a bit of a drive. Pot stickers are bomb

It seemed busy with not enough workers. We were seated immediately but wasn’t served until about 15 minutes later. The food was hot and fresh.

Funni was my server/bartender. She was very knowledgeable on her drink selection and recommended some great options for food. I really appreciate her service! She’s GREATTTTTT. We need more amazing servers like her. Thanks Funni! - W.

Excellent restaurant, very clean including the restroom. Located very close to Old Town amusement park. The ribs were very good and as for the staff they were very friendly, checked on us often. Large restaurant.

Chris was absolutely amazing, i didnt have the wifi to give him credit but he offered me his phone to help and gave me a hotspot and all, Thankyou Chris

Expensive and not tasty food. Meat came out dry. Bad service, delay in service and mainly we had to always remind the waiter of our order. I do not recommend.

Never been to a restaurant that smelled like weed. Was very disappointed with this location.

I love TGIF, but this particular one would give TGIF a bad rep. Server and bartender was very uncaring and looking like she didn’t want to work. The Royal LI iced tea tasted like sink water. It was horrible. I go to the TGIF at International drive and it is a total pleasure to be there. Food is fresh and drinks are amazingly done. Manager comes out to talk to customers and make them feel welcomed.
Here the Hennessy sampler was burnt and horrible. The drink I had to ask her to remake it. I’m not at all a person to leave a review but I had to on this one. Hope they get it together.
The waitress, bartender didn’t even come to check if I needed anything. They were all in a corner laughing and talking among themselves with little regard to customer. Empty restaurant on a Sunday, says a lot.
So sad, because I love TGIF. I’m an every week (3-4 times a/w) customer.

Went yesterday for food and our car got broken into while we were eating. I asked if there were cameras and the hostess went to check with the manager who said no, but he didn’t come over or anything so we left.

Karaoke Wednesdays! Incredible time! The foods is so freshly prepared. Loved the drink options. Appetizers are Amazing. The restroom was clean. The servers were all incredibly friendly and they seem to really get along with each other! The place seems really relaxed!

If you are visiting on a Wednesday, keep your drinks with you at all times. If you leave it at table someone might take it away and no one knows how to handle this situation. I just left restaurant after that. Period! Still had fun but.

Ordered Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. It's not like it use to be. Tasted no Cajun at all

My server the bar tender was amazing, just slow service because he seemed to be the only one working. The food was not good quality, fries were cold and chicken tenders hard as a rock. TGI Friday's advertise watching the games, but only small TVs at the bar.

This place would make a great location for the hit TV show bar rescue.feel bad for the staff.extremely understaffed and overworked. Shut it down.

The place is empty, we were a party of 8 people and they sit us in a 6 people table, the hostess make us sit with an attitude, we decided to leave, also this guy always on his phone

HORRIBLE I came in a couple nights ago with my bf and service and food was just terrible! The person taking care of us was the bartender. I sat for awhile before I even got acknowledged which I wasn’t too upset at first cause I was still waiting on my bf but once time kept going on I was like what in the WORLD! Finally after sitting FOREVER she came over and I ordered egg rolls it was GROSS tasted like old grease and it was COLD I sent it back…. My bf wanted a Miami vice which is pina colada and strawberry purée she quickly said nope can’t do it when there’s a big mirror behind the bar with writing saying they in fact serve pina coladas? I was so annoyed by that time but anyways finally ordered my food and it was the sizzling steak it was popping everywhere and it burned my bf and when he kept saying ow ow ow she didn’t try to step back or even apologize? Her response was “you’ll be alright” like huh? Annoyed hungry and pregnant I was really irritated and after she said that my bf just cancelled his whole order and left…! I’m a bartender so I still tipped but I WOULD NEVER! That place can do so much better if they just had better employees! FOH AND BOH JUST SAD.
