Horrible! Don’t waste your time with TGH! Every time I get sick or had an ER visit, it takes them 3/4 weeks to see a Dr. If they do get you in earlier with another DR, that DR won’t help you. “You need to make an appointment with your primary” even with them being in the same practice.

If you have nothing else to do and are OK with wasting your time go to this place, +1 hour waiting time I left without been seen after 1 1/2 and all was given were empty excuses
They are definitely overbooking and putting way too more patients in the schedule than what they can efficiently and professionally manage

I love this practice! My first visit was exceptional. The MAs were both extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Dunlop is a gem. She really listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I'm so glad I switched to this location!

Complete trash! Terrible place to go and trust in that you will be taken care of! Went for blood work to check HCG levels and they only ordered the test to give a positive or negative result. We wanted the actually #s. So, I called back to have them reorder the test and they said okay they was putting in for it. 24 hours later no results. I called this doctors office to find out they never put in for it. Now we would have to wait to nearly Monday to find out whether or not she is at risk of a tubal pregnancy or not. Not much integrity in this practice. Why would you even order a blood test that wouldn’t give the levels in the 1st place. Nearly 2 dozen pee test can tell you what the test they ordered did.

I always have experienced top-notch service from both the staff and
Dr. Jasko, MD. Always takes the time to explain and answer questions. Always very patient and understanding.

Very nice staff, Sarah was really sweet! Dr. Espinoza was awesome! Just made this office my new home! A little far from me but worth the drive!

I see Dr. Dunlop At this office. She is fabulous! I feel like I’m in good hands when I see her in person. However, My Chart does not work! I ask for prescriptions, or for records to be sent to another doctor, and I get nothing! I truly enjoy seeing Dr. Dunlop, and feel like she is quite capable. There seems to be a communication problem within the office.

Dr Dunlop is amazing. Thorough, great listener, addresses all issues thoroughly. The staff is also wonderful. Facility is very clean. I highly recommend.

I have been going to TGMG Fishhawk location for a few years. Dr. Dunlop, the assistants, and nurses, are professional, knowledgeable, and caring, At office visits, Dr. Dunlop really takes the time to listen to me as well as discuss my concerns about my health issues and treatments. I also use MyChart to communicate with Dr. Dunlop and to request medication refills. My Chart also provides my visit summaries, test results and other information. I would recommend Dr. Dunlop, nurses, aids and assistants and MyChart.

If you make an appointment here using their app, and have an immediate need they will wait til 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel you, then blame you (falsely) saying that you booked after hours (even though you booked during business hours in the morning). When you ask what they can do they say they have no answers for you

If Google would allow me to, I would give this location ZERO stars. Dr. Carrie Skaggs was my primary care doctor for 7 months, then out of the blue, she just walked off the job (this was verified by her supervisor). They just sent me a form letter stating that she was no longer seeing patients, and to call to get another doctor.

Due to the fact that Dr. Skaggs walked out, I called the office to schedule to see another doctor in this office. I was told that because I was seeing a different doctor, I would need to set up a "New Patient" exam with a new doctor in this office. The SOONEST they had was almost a month later. OK, inconvenient, but I sort of understand. Three and a half weeks later, and ON the day of my appointment I get a call from the office that said, "Unfortunately, Dr. Christine Dunlop won't be in the office today, you will need to call and reschedule. " HUH? If I cancelled my appointment they day of, I would be charged a cancellation fee.

By now, I am running out of my heart meds, and I need to see a doctor quickly. I call to reschedule, and guess what? They can't see me for another three weeks. I explained to the scheduler on the phone that I was out of medication. She could have cared less about my health and wellbeing. She looked at other TGMG locations, and said the soonest I could get in was Mid-November.almost a month from now. When I told her I couldn't wait that long, she didn't seem to care. She would not allow me to talk to a supervisor to explain why it was so urgent to get in to see a doctor. Dr. Skaggs walking out wasn't my fault, but yet they didn't seem to care that without my heart medication, I could actually die. The scheduler hung up on me.

I called a different TGMG location, and spoke to Angela, and explained to her my situation. She was very nice, and did her best to help. Thats all I can ask for. She set me up for an appointment in early November, and told me that if I needed refills on my meds, I could call that office, tell them what was going on, and they would fill a prescription to last until I could see my new doctor at the Riverview Location.

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR RISK YOU HEALTH BY GOING TO THE FISHHAWK LOCATION. They DO NOT care about your health and wellbeing. I realize that Dr. Skaggs walking out wasn't necessarily their fault, but they could try and help the patients that were effected by this happening.

The front staff is incompetent with simple appointment tasks, office tasks like faxing medical information to potential employers who NEED medical records to hire you, they have failed to follow through with prescription refills, have gotten refills mixed up, are rude and appear lazy and incapable of following through with IMPORTANT MEDICAL issues. Not a crown jewel for an iconic hospital like Tampa General. Fix it!

Had an appt today for 1030 I get there at 1030 and of course the lady named maggie screwed it up. They tell me my appt is 1115 lmao. All I needed was a med refill my doc is out of town and evidently there arent any individuals qualified enough to read my medical records and refill an ongoing med.

Receptionist needs all my information before even telling me if they have availability for an appointment. Seems a bit off to require all my info without even knowing if they can take me in. Wasted my time.nothing urgent about this urgent care

Although this is my primary clinic, I just recently had my first visit with Christine Dunlop. As expected, it was a great experience. Expectantly professional but also personally interested in my overall well being. My test results were back within 24 hours or so and even when I asked about one of them via My Chart I received a reply from Dr. Dunlop over the weekend. I’ve always had a great experience with TGMG FishHawk!
