Thai Samurai Restaurant reviews
14I ordered teriyaki beef priced $16.99 I thought was overpriced. If you eat the beef without the sauce it is so blunt it is almost like eating cardboard, no flavor at all. I was served with ice cold rice where you expect steaming hot with teriyaki. I will not come back here again. Server never smile.
So I’m going to this place with my family since we have been there before. Worst experience ever…. This is our 3rd time coming here and this time is was not the best. It took a while for our food to come. And the thing was they ordered sushi and all I ordered was Rice and Edamame. And it came last! It’s so simple for some rice and edamame to be made! Probably last time
Really good place! The Monster Roll was excellent the Thai Fried Rice really good also and the Basil Duck very good as well, all over excellent, the service can improve a little but it was ok, nothing bad here, we will be coming again soon. The prices for lunch are super reasonable
Drove half an hour for disappointment, at least update your hours; I had never had a bad experience here until now. Unforgettable.
First offet me clarify I’ve never had a bad meal here. But tonight I did not get to even eat as the staff ignored us completely once seated and I know it sounds crazy but this was the third restaurant of the night I had tried to eat and for whatever reasons left before ordering and after the first two I was totally done waiting for a server to do their job. I got up and left hungry.
Ordered egg noodles without onion. Noodles were overcooked and looked watery and just terrible. They put onions in and told me that I did not confirm thst I asked for no onions. Sushi also taste terrible and the soy sauce was not even enough to dip. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Great first experience! We ordered lunch box special #3 and #6 $12.99 each. Nice portion sizes, very tasty and attentive service. I will definitely return to try their signature sushi rolls.
The food is great but the service is lacking nowadays. Serving the people at the table their food 10-15 minutes in between each other is not good Tables should be served their entire entree at one time.
I frequented Thai Samuri with my friends but wow it has changed. The servers are rude. The restaurant has smelled like there is a sewage problem for several months now. The quality of food has declined while the price increases. The multiple rude servers and smell throughout the restaurant is last straw for me. I'm done!
Because I cam from the PNW where Thai food is excellent, it’s tough to find a descent place and this wasn’t it. The place wasn’t busy for lunch hours which should’ve been a red flag for me. My wife and I ordered the sushi which was ok, nothing special at all but for the entre we tried the Teriyaki Chicken but I’m very sure they forgot the chicken. We got 3 thin slices of chicken breast some veggies and a small portion of rice. The plate itself was definitely overpriced, the portions of the chicken were tiny, the teriyaki sauce was just thrown over it. I can make a better tasting chicken at home which makes me upset knowing I could’ve savedmy money but, I do like to support local restaurants but places like this have me thinking twice. I won’t comeback unless I get refunded and try something else from the menu. I stayed due to time running out to my appointment and did not want to wait some place else
My boyfriend and I used to come here all the time. However, about a year ago we went in and sat their for 20 minutes while servers looked at us and fought about who was taking our table. No one ever came over so we left and didn't go back for a while. We decided to give them another try and went for dinner this past Sunday. I ordered Sushi and my boyfriend ordered a sizzling plate. His food came out and then I waited 15-20 for mine to come out. It never came, so we had them take it off the check and left without me getting my main course. Having food come out at different times has always been a recurring issue when going there. They really need better time management when it comes to inputting orders to get them out at the same time. It's extremely rude to bring food out at different times so the person without food is left to just sit there.
Been to Thai Samurai twice before Covid. Everything was Awesome. Went Sunday night and things have changed. Thai Spring Rolls were Perfect. But 2 Sushi Rools and Tuna & Smoked Salmon sushi took 45 minutes. I'm not kidding! Smoked Salmon was Killer, but Rolls were average in taste & Tune was Very Watery. I looked it up and it stated Old Tuna would have alot of water in it. Our bill was $79. I will not go back, there are several restaurants near by. Zen Forest for example.
We just had the most amazing lunch.great menu choices for lunch specials and Jodi our server was very attentive knowledgeable and friendly
. Five minutes into our lunch and we were already talking about when we could come back
