The virtual visit I had today was great. What a time saver! Although I really enjoy seeing Dr. Santi in person, this simple follow up visit was perfect via telephone.

My office visit was great. I had to transfer doctors be abuse I moved from another town. The appointment was easy to make and the doctors was friendly and informative.

Dr. Santi is an honest, hard-working physician who is help me through a lot of tough times. Thank you again Dr keep up the great work.

I had called for my son because I was gonna pay for his evaluation- so I called to set up and they said he had an appointment at 4: 00 and they would send an intake form.
We’ll we waiting for the form and it never came so last night I cancelled and went somewhere else thst did what they said they would do they charged me upfront which is weird 125.00 and because it was cancelled and a no call schedule was done they won’t refund my money.he had to do the intake prior to the evaluation. And why do they ask for the money upfront that is just crazy.taking to bbb as well good luck people. Also was not informed on any paperwork nor on a scheduling call

The people that work here are always so kind and answer any questions I have. They called to remind me when my appointments are and what time they are. I have no negative comments for these people

They were excellent was in an out rather quickly had couple of people ahead of me but the staff was extremely helpful and caring answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They are definitely too expensive. I have recently switched doctors to one that charges $50 a visit.

They're quick easy and professional if you think THC would have benefits in your life you should call them they will answer all your questions

Their facilities are nice, clean, and functional. Also, the treatment team was diligent with getting through the patients in the lobby. I showed up on time for my appointment and was seen very shortly. The doctor was able to assist me with updating my records as required, also, he understood some of the concerns I had been having and adjustments were made accordingly. Overall, every time I come to these facilities, since 2021, I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences. Keep it up!

It took 5 days between doctor approval and authorization for new allotment and my pharmacy to get from THC the approval. It was Saturday and not until Monday, 5 days from Dr approval, and my pharmacy recieving authorization from THC.
