Dr. Santi and his staff are amazing. They are very easy to work with. I had no waiting on the day of my appointment. After 4 years of being with them, I am completely satisfied.
After excessive spam emails asking for a review when I've had no interaction with them for at least two years, here's my review. I found them to be very disorganized. This week I requested a call back as their website still said virtual appointments were available to only be told that it wasn't. When I asked the consultant why their website still advertised telehealth visits, she said they were working on it. It's been since June 2021 that the telehealth mandate ended, why was their website not updated for pushing two years! It appears someone finally corrected it.
