The Addison at Universal Boulevard, Orlando FL

I was at this property for years when I first signed the lease they had no amenities for the first year when I was trying to renew my lease. They waited till one week before my lease was up to tell me I could sign a new lease, but that I was Responsible now for fees because I moved out stay away from this place. It is dark at night and dangerous. The gates are always broken. Trash is everywhere run far away.

The woman at the front desk on 9/9 was very charismatic and sweet, she had a “I’m willing to assist” attitude, which goes a long way when trying to decide on your next move.

I had a great tour with Carianna. She was very helpful with answering all my questions and the apartment is beautiful. Thank you Carianna!

Honestly can’t think of a better complex! They have put a lot of thought into caring about their residents and making sure they have an amazing place to live.

Ariel at the leasing office is so sweet and helpful! I’ve spoken with her two times now with helping me sign my lease and she’s been so kind and assisting during the whole process. I really recommend them to make the process so much easier!

I am going on my 4th year here at the Addison and i can tell you the Addison staff from property manager to the maintenance department are all 5 star, I always feel safe at home and they are always available to help you with any needs you have they are truly like family

Be careful with this people, they charge you nosense fees after you leave, not specified on the contract, they don't count your deposit at all and if you don't pay within few days you will see a collections account in you credit for something you don't really owe.

My only regret is that we didn’t move here sooner! I’ve never felt more at home! Everyone we have encounter have been nothing but lovely! From the staff in the office to the maintenance crew! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Shout out to Ariel who made moving in so seamless and easy! From the very first day we toured the place she made us feel like we belong here. If we have any issues at all the maintenance staff are quick to respond! We love all the amenities and perks living here comes with. We can’t imagine living anywhere else. We have finally found our forever home here at The Addison at Universal!

This is my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Amazing experience all around. I’ll renew when my lease is up 100%. Give Linsay a raise. What an amazing property manager she is!

My experience viewing this beautiful community was nothing short of amazing. Valery was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. Her customer service skills were top notch. She was very informative and I could tell she truly cares

The reality of The Addison at Universal Boulevard. I took the day to share with my family and this is what I found. Garbage everywhere and disorganization. The pool barbecues are damaged and the exteriors are in poor condition. Broken, dirty and even with a broken gas line. It is not safe to use them. So much that they talk about luxury and are very far from it.

They were all Very Polished and Professional. Shout out to Ms. Valery Benites. She gave us one of the best tours we have had in our weeks of searching for a new place to call Home. Her patience with us, and her knowledge of the Community was unmatched! We were Obsessed with the "Wistful" Layout They have here, and the style of All of their Amenities and Buildings.
