****** Agents/Colleagues****** Dint do business with this company! I’m still waiting for a commission check since March 2023 I took my clients to one of their leasing properties and did all their protocols then my clien signed and they told meI Gad to wait 60 days after tenancy in order to get paid 50 days pass and I reached out to the company and they asked me to send them an invoice and brokers w9 form after submitted everything another months passed and kept calling for payment but nothing. When I finally got an hold of the property manager she sent my file for payment to Corporate for payment and asked me to called back within a week. I did exactly what she said to find out the sold the Altis at Ludlam to Windsor Co. So I called the corporate office to get an hold of Chantal who is the Regional Manager (still waiting for her call/response) and they are not answering the phone neither the emails. Avoiding payments. Extremely unprofessional company to deal with.

@Tuscanybay Apartment is a horrible place to live. Rude office staff who only interested until you sign the lease. I hate this place and the most annoying this is the noise. Finally I am out and living peacefully.

Very poor company who doesn’t value tenants and very very rude staff. Stay very far away from anything associated with these people!

They simply dont care. I mean, they only care about money.
Check their reviews and do not rent if Altman is under "management"

I had an issue that was quickly resolved thanks to Raquel, Sulay, and Kristi. I am truly grateful for all your help. This was just another classic case of good overcoming evil!

Altman is careless and have no structure. (And by these reviews I understand it's just their (awful) standards)

I believe they offer horrible pay for their employees because the level of the staff is poor: rude, they have little knowledge, and no one stays.
Corporate office never solves anything or give any solid answer…. It’s always “ we will check on that”

The garage gate of my property has been broken for 4 months, they fired Simon which was trying his best and Altman LIED about having a new manager (and you can clearly see there’s no one in charge)
they don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone.

*They hired a “security guard” that’s always talking on his phone and that use the building’s gym to workout in his uniform! Pathetic
Update: they fired him but so far wasn’t replaced. It’s all about saving money!
Altman is CHEAP

I chose this place in downtown Orlando but apparently only the price is downtown standards. Altman turned this complex into a ghetto without rules!

Having a bad experience with the management leasing staff in the regatta building in Fort Lauderdale. Unable to get phone calls and e-mails returned for an on going issue for over a month now. Have stopped by in person only to be dismissed.

I need support here please. Can someone who’s willing and able to resolve my issue please reach out.

Still my issue is not resolved and it’s been since mid December.
