Kevin Hughes worked withus over a two year period to find a unit that met our criteria. We listed our house with Luke Andreae who through his many years of successfuly marketing properties and his personalized approach was able to help us find a buyer and sign a contract at the end of three weeks. What appeared to be a simple sale with our home passing inspection with flying colors turned into a complicated and extremely stressful nightmare. The buyers kept coming up with unrealistic demands and throw in Hurricane Ian at the end of September resulting in more demands the sale of our home was not finalized until the end of November. We have purchased and sold homes several times over the last forty years and there is absolutely no doubt in our minds and the complexities of this transaction would not have been resolved without Luke's expertise.
