The Arbor Walk Apartments, Tampa FL

We just moved in a month and a half ago. I've had to reach out to Sebastian in the office a few times, with questions and requests and he has been extremely helpful at every turn. I truly appreciate his customer service, his attention to all of my concerns and his willingness to always help and provide the answers I needed. Thank you!

Nice complex and apartments but I hate that my neighbors never clean up behind their dogs and the apartment manager never does anything about it. It’s disgusting

I wanted to live here. The male agent sitting in the back desk was rude. He refused to show me my apartment but gave me a key of a "model" apartment #911. This picture is in front of the "show apartment". They didn't even bother to clean stuff around the "show apartment"

Also, they hooked me up by a "one month free" email. When I went to apply their offer, he told me this is only on selected units, aka, on pre-overpriced units so that after the discount the prices will be the same.

I gave 2 stars because the lady agend was nice.

We are missionaries, and we had just finished teaching our friend who lives in this complex when we found that somebody had stolen the valve cores from our tires. We were a little panicked, not knowing what to do, but then Terrence, one of the complex AC guys, saved us and fixed our tires for us!

Dirty, mail boxes unsecured, gates always open cars broken into.the list goes on.look this place up on line business reviews. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t write reviews at all but after experiencing an apartment tour with this complex I feel like I have to write a review. First most, when I entered the property and stated I had an appointment the leasing agent in the front office acted nonchalant and overall good customer service was not exhibited at all. I decided okay let me just take a look at the place. When I tell you I have never been so shocked to have been given a tour of a dirty apartment. The floors were sticky and dirty. I saw a roach on the floor, the kitchen oven was broken, the sink was dirty and also broken. The bathroom had tissue papers everywhere and looked like it was not clean in months. It was just a horrible experience. I have toured may apartments complexes but have never been shown a dirty apartment. I can probably write a 10 page paper on how bad the experience truly was but to keep it simple just avoid touring here. The price is not worth the apartment at all.

Usually quiet, nice pool and gym, Impressed we are allowed to paint and decorate as long as we repaint before moving out. Appliances are out of date (finally got dishwasher replaced but still have a coil top stove- it does work fine however). Main complaint is the dumpster right at the entrance tends to overflow and look really bad. Other complaint is that Rent went up 50 percent last year. Hopefully it will not do that again this year. Makes it very difficult for students/single income.

Arbor Walks staff is amazing. Melissa, Sebastian and Reggie always answered the phones and always were polite and friendly. Chris, Terrence and Kurt were amazing Maintenance Workers. They fixed anything and everything. Even things that had nothing to do with the apartment. Thank you for family atmosphere at ARBOR WALKS THE HAMMOND FAMILY. We miss you all.

Literally cannot wait to leave this apartment complex. Trash is overflowing the dumpster and laminate is peeling off the cabinet doors. Not too mention how our front door won’t open all the way due to the uneven flooring.ugh

It really is issue after issue here. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the apartment layout is nice, however we were not able to view our apartment before move in. The day before move in we were told we weren’t getting upgraded appliances, we had to hassle them about getting our key, it was like they didn’t want us to see the apartment. We had to hassle them to get our towel rack installed, they’re supposed to have lockers for packages but they haven’t done that & refuse to hold packages at the leasing office. So you have to go to the post office to get them. Like I said, apartment is nice however I do think they’re hanging on by a thread here.

Great place to lease. Sebastian front desk and hire management. They all work together to make it a great experience.
