I got to experience a workout at The Ave a few months back I absolutely love the way things work there! I’m able to get in and get my training session done in a gym that isn’t extremely busy. Super clean! Love the style and the coaches there.

My experience couldn’t have been better. The staff is so accommodating to individuals comfortability in the gym. From beginner to expert they can challenge you. I’ve been working out for years at different gyms and they had state of the art equipment I had never seen before.

I love this gym! It’s suuuuuper clean and all equipment is brand new! Beautiful and elegant interior, bathrooms are super clean and the changing rooms are very spacious! I love that the vibe is always super happy and energetic! Zeck is awesome, love training with him! He is a super sweet and knowledgeable guy, always there for you and he’ll help you to achieve your goal whatever that may be. As a mom of three it’s super important for me to be healthy and stay fit!

Zechariah and his team are amazing. I just turned 49. I have worked hard in my life to reach a high-level of success in business my focus now is getting in the best shape of my life without injuries. Zech and his team are amazing. I have extreme confidence in the training, and I never question what tZech tells me to do understand for me. At this point I want mobility, core strength, and to reach maximum strength and push limits I have never been to physically before. I don’t have injuries having money and injuries is not a good thing. Having money and health is amazing. I have four boys. I hade kids later on in life with the health. Zach is giving me I’m now able to keep up with my boys with ease

Amazing facility! The space itself is beautiful and spotless, by far the nicest gym I’ve set foot in. The amenities offered are beautifully designed. I was very impressed by the level of expertise and passion for health that is evident in every interaction with the trainers and owner of the gym, Zech. They are all highly skilled and educated professionals who go above and beyond to understand my personal health goals and set expectations. They take the time to truly care and build trust/connection. The energy of the gym is very positive and motivating! So grateful to have found this place, greatly looking forward to continuing training here!
