The Avenues reviews
20I visited Sephora 's. I was looking for their brand eyebrow chubby pencil. But where it should be it was all empty. As I looked around the store I saw in a little corner what looked to be what I was looking for. And it was there were several of them they were just misplaced it kind of look like a little square bin where everything just got put rather than in its right place. Putting things in the right place is important. It's kind of like cleaning a house and picking up items and putting them in their place. I'm very thankful I looked around. Then the other item I was looking for, I was not sure of the shade. But once I got home I found it was the exact same match thank you sir for has for your help.
We came up from Palm Coast and had an absolute ball everything was great everybody was so nice. Is good food and good sales.
It was nice. I got some clothes in forever 21. My husband and I were going to eat here but all of the lines were too long. I never could find the build a bear in here which was disappointing.
I'm surprised this place has lasted this long. It would probably be better as a Walmart! None of the stores have any deals and the food court doesn't have any special restaurants you have to rush to eat it. Best thing at this mall to do is walk around for exercise and window shop!
Traditional mall with 2 levels of choices. The kids love the train ride and it comes with a lollipop.until it hits the floor. Pops was surprised at how firm the massage chair operated.
Go early is pleasant. Could be crowded. Eating area is hard to find seating most times its a mall. Needs better cleaning crew tho. Variety of foods available.
If you are in Town don't miss out on this shopping experience. This place is huge. When you have a need or a want and don't care to run around all over town to find it just go to The Avenues Mall
Give the Mall one star in that the Management must be off duty or on vacation. My grand children ride train and the motorized animals. But they also like to play the other amusements which require coins. These rides are freqently not working. The change machines also DO NOT work. The strollers, you have to pay for but most of the time, you put money in get NO stroller. There are NOT enough tables in the food court had share table last time I was there and there are not enough people to clean area last time I was there. It it WILL be the last time I go.
That was the first time I had been there since the pandemic. I enjoyed the walk the view and shopping. Glad to be back out. I am a senior the walk did me some good.
The best mall in Jacksonville. I always park in the garage because the parking lots are very very crowded. I just wish the bathrooms weren't so spread out
Ita great the boba is tasty and the Hot Topic is really nice tho sometimes theres some line to get in but its worth it and always remeber kokichi oma is watching lol-
I enjoyed it. Especially for the exercise aspect. Also loved the diversity of the shops. One suggestion. Food Court needs more napkins, maybe a condiment station and a cleaning crew.
It was ok. Security is a joke. There was almost a huge fight with several people over security not doing their job & allowed a female (allowing her to walk thru the mall wearing what appeared to be very small underwear, no pants or shorts on). It was just a mess & people were just leaving as not to be caught up in whatever was about to happen. Security should do better. I doubt I'll go back, just not worth it to shop there. I'd rather go to the towns center.
Everything was pretty good but become of "covid" at M. A. C they were only letting 2 people in at a time and only had one person working there ️which didn't make sence to me next none of the other stores where like that but other that I would recommend going
I needed to go to Helzberg and Avenues was only one in Jacksonville. Helzberg was great service. The rest of the mall was hit or miss. Also, social distancing practices aren't being enforced or encouraged by stores besides signage.
Variety of shops and things for children to due.
They have cleaning stations up for the public play areas but dont kbow if theyvare stocked regularly or not.
2 stories with food court on upper deck.
Covered parking at parking garage by dillards.
Covid precautions somewhat followed.
I can speak highly of all the great shopping inside you can do, very clean, employees wearing masks and taking precautions. The outside is less desirable, especially in the parking lot and surrounding plant areas including grass, there's lots of trash blowing around and needs some landscaping love.
I reside in the Arlington area and this is the closest inside mall to me. I don't mind traveling there because they have a lot of great store choices unlike Regency which is 5 minutes from me.
I'm just happy to see the mall open and people shopping. It is a clean mall and offers lots of different shopping opportunities. You should be able to find what you need and great for gift shopping with unique stores that cater to one of a kind gifts!
Most malls are dead nowadays but this one is still very much alive! Hosts a large food court with two stories of options.
