Very obviously understaffed. Have left 5 messages in the past 2 weeks. No one has returned my calls.

The procedure was performed on time and in a very efficient way. It was explained to me, even I received a letter in advance explaining it. I am very satisfied with mi visit to The Barranco Clinic o. Wednesday 11/29/2023

We were very pleased with the treatment plan that the PA, Kelli Coon, prescribed for husband, Cliff.

The allergy shots are quick and easy. Each stronger dosage requires about 4 weekly visits before I can take the vial home and administer the shots myself. Hmmm.

I will never, ever, go to this place again. I felt, like, I was on a conveyor belt. Next, next, next. The doctor misdiagnosed me. I had to see another doctor to help me with my condition. NEVER AGAIN!

I had an absolute wonderful experience with Kelli! She was amazing and understood me totally! I felt comfortable and heard the whole time and she spent time in explaining everything! Thank you so much!

I thought the Dr was very un professional he didn't listen to me he kept contradicting me as to my symptoms. Tell him I want no more tests from him and I will be reporting him to aetna he is a quack. Indeed

I left this office baffled by the lack of attentiveness and patient care. My appointment was at 2: 45, I sat in the lobby for about 20 mins (no big deal, I used to work in healthcare). Once I was called back, I explained to the nurse that I was experiencing issues with my tonsils and just want to schedule a tonsillectomy. She told me the doctor would like to look in my throat to evaluate my tonsils (this involved sticking a camera through my nostril and down my throat which is normal), TOTALLY understandable. She proceeded to spray the numbing substance down my nose and handed me some tissues. I used to work in an office where we would inject lidocaine and we would wait until right before t$2 doctor came in as we did not want to risk the patient not being numb, topical has a MUCH shorter half-life which is what they used. She said the doctor would be in shortly. Well shortly meant 35-40 minutes. By this time the numbing was gone. Once the doctor came in, Dr. Stuart, he was pleasant and nice. He did his routine exam and we went over the surgery risks/benefits. He then put the camera through my nose, which was very uncomfortable and a bit painful. I am sure this would have been an easier process had the numbing been put in when the doctor entered the room.well doesn’t end there. As we’re still discussing the surgery, the doctors personal phone rings and he takes a look at his phone and proceeds to say “I will be right back I have to take this, give me 2 mins”. Again, no big deal, things happen. Well what really upset me was he never came back. He then sent his nurse in 10-15 mins later to give me lab work and have me sign a paper. Looking back I should have spoken up but I was quite dumbfounded by this whole process.

As someone who worked in healthcare, I am completely understanding to waiting a bit to see a doctor and I even understand taking a personal call and then coming right back. However, to allow a patient to sit in a room for 40 mins with a gross liquid in their nose and then to come in and leave within 5 minutes shows a complete disrespect for the patients time and a lack of patient care. I left work early for this appointment and wasted 2 hours round trip for this. I’m praying this was a one off situation but this office needs to be more intentional with their actions (don’t numb a patient 40 mins before the doctor comes in and then expect for the TOPICAL numbing to be active still) and bring the focus back to the patients.

Not one to leave reviews but this needs to be heard.

Wish I could give this 0 star. Worst experience ever in a doctor office. The office system was down when I get in so they couldn’t take my payment. They told me to wait. Then they said they need to reschedule the appointment because the doctor doesn’t want to see me. Because I was a new patient and I am 10’ late. However, I had filled out all required documents online before getting in. That’s terrible. The doctor never sees patient at the exact time and patients always have to wait. This is very terrible service. Stay away from this doctor office.

The tests were prompt. The doctors and technicians told me what to expect before they did it (I am putting these ear bud type devices in your ears, you will hear clicking noises). I did not get told exactly what the test would define. I have to wait for the return appointment for results in 2 weeks for that. This is a very long process. I have been dizzy and had vertigo for over 8 weeks. Still waiting for diagnosis and treatment.

I love the professionalism that exists in that place and above all, the attention and dedication to the patient. They serve you with great delicacy, respect and a lot of love.

The receptionist and medical assistant did not make eye contract with me. It was like I was just another number. Unfortunately, the experience was not much better with the provider, who did not seem to care or listen to the description of my symptoms. He simply said that the findings of my CT scan were “nothing”. If there was “nothing” why see a specialist? I could have received a call with this information, saved my self a visit, and money. It probably would have been a better experience as well. I was under the impression I was seeing the ENT because the findings were concerning and I needed to be examined. At the end of my very short 8 minute visit, the provider said he did not have any suggestions for me because I was not “actually having pain” but wanted me to follow up with him in 3 months. What for? I don’t know as he did not have any plan or treatment for me. I guess for him it’s just more money in his pocket and less in mine.

Long Wait. About hour and half for the doctor to come. The doctor came in and was in a rush. Less than 2 mins conversation and rushed off. Doesn't seem to be patient friendly at all. Expensive as well.

Not really Sure what was the expected result.what does good data look lie vs bad data.

Place was very clean/comfortable. The tech was very talkative, trying to keep me calm. The tech did a great job.
