I drove an hour to be seen by Dr. Robert Merritt which was a complete waste of time. Dr. Merritt spent maybe 15 minutes max with me after waiting over an hour to be seen. I was told, “that’s not possible. ” after explaining to him what was going on. When I left there I had no new information or knowledge other than feeling that I was called a liar while
I was suffering and miserable. He also said, “Come back if you don’t improve. ”
Since then I’ve seen another ENT and in fact something is wrong. I would never go back.

Upon entering, the office was clean & organized. The entire staff treated me professionally. Those assigned to "my care" were very polite, attentive, & asked very detailed questions of what brought me to their office that day. The P. A.was a quick speaker, I had to digest his questions before I could answer some, but I think we accomplished everything he intended to after his evaluation. When Dr. Witten came in after going over everything his team had collected for him. He was very upbeat, positive & asked me more questions. He told me his professional opinion on what he thought my issue (s) were after his examination.
We discussed those options (& I mean "we discussed together" not Dr.vs patient BUT Doctor WITH Patient! How refreshing!
My tests are being set up for me right now! My stress has gone down and I have complete confidence that Dr. Witten & his team at Barranco ENT will be able to help with, manage or even resolve my issue (s).
I highly recommend Barranco for your ENT needs.

This Clinic is the WORST OF THE WORST, how they do to stay open, as there is no entity that regulates such abuse in every sense, this place is TERRIBLE and those who serve are the WORST I have ever met, I have never felt so bad in a place

I really felt very bad in those clinics. I felt discriminated against as a Latina when I told Dr. Kelly Larrea that I could call someone to help me with the language. Her face quickly changed and when a local worker arrived, she told her that we had to come. With someone who spoke English, it was not at all professional on our part. We will not go there anymore and if you do not want to be discriminated against as Latinos, then do not go to Barranco Clinica. I understand the comments from the place.

I’ve been going to Dr. Brooker and the Sebring office for 5 years for allergy treatment. The service is absolutely horrible and will make you want to pull your hair out! No complete answers, having to call and argue HIPPA laws in order to receive my own medical records, constant run around for refills and prescriptions, it’s too much! Now that allergy treatments and testing are available online, I have switched to Wydly, and it’s roughly the same price. This practice has forgotten their core mission statement and are out of touch with their patients.

This practice let us down tremendously! They don't read applicable reports prior to your visit that concern your visitor. They don't LISTEN to the patient or significant other about their concerns.
We sought professionalism, great bed side manner, and caring. And received none of the above. It's running rampant and unfortunately affects a great deal of the aging.
If I could give zero stars I would!
And don't get me started about the, "lady", at the front desk! Lord have mercy!

Doctor was extremely aggressive during ear cleaning and was very painful.
Woke up with a fever and am sick, was told I had to come to my apt today even though I am sick or I will be charged a fee because its not 24 hour advance notice. Like I can plan on waking up with the flu.or covid.

The receptionist at the front desk is absolutely miserable with her life and job, not only was she rude but she was just down right nasty. I'm not sure if she was having a horrid day or what, but she was not a nice person at all.

Quick, friendly, pleasant service. Great Dr's and staff. I even saw my family practitioner there as a patient that day, so I really feel confident about them.

Terribly cold and miserable receptionist.
A ton of electronic stuff to fill out.
Dr. Brooker spent three minutes and gave me an RX that would have cost $58.00 if I had it filled.

I used a few drops of baby oil in my ears and cured myself!

Never open for working folks on Fridays, always some sort of issue when attempting to make appointments.

This was an awesome place. Staff was very kind and helpful. Dr had an excellent bedside manner. Would recommend them highly.

My appointment went very smoothly. I didn't have to wait long, before I was called in a room, I waited less than 10, before seen by the doctor. The only thing I noticed was, the intake person was not friendly at all.

Called to make appointment as new patient as I have infection or blockage. Was told new patients are booking (today is May 5) not until the end of June or beginning of July.

Useless they try to bill you even if you have insurance. Then they tell you they won't take Medicare for hearing aids. These people are rude half the time don't know what they are doing! Go somewhere else.

I honestly was disappointed. The Dr maybe spent 10 minutes with me. Our appointment was at 2 we left a little before 5. Absolutely a waste of time.said that they would schedule an appointment in Winterhaven. I’ve still have not heard anything. I was admitted into the hospital, and again all they did was clean a little bit of wax out of my ear. I could’ve did that with a Q-tip. Which took all of maybe one minute.
