The Beacon at New Smyrna Beach

It would be a good place to live if there wasn't a silverfish/roach infestation in all the buildings. Pest control has tried their best to fix it, but it’s a building issue and the owners do not give a damn about the residents. Leaks everywhere, all the time. The place has gone way downhill. People also don’t clean up after their pets. Gates are always broken so whats the point of having them? People get stuck in the elevator often. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Luxury apartments they are not.some great people and good location but majority don't respect where they live and things always broken. Management does their best but disappointing living environment for the rent price.

We love the beacon! So modern, spacious & luxurious! Thanks to Phil we get to “wake up in a hotel every day”. By far the cleanest housing, and most professional staff in NSB! I will forever recommend the beacon & Phil!

I was toured @ The Beacon by Faye-Lauren who was very informative and professional. The amenities and the property are outstanding, clean and the apartments are cozy and have many great features that definitely feel like home. I highly recommend a tour at this property.

Really nice community, pool is salt water which is a nice surprise and clubhouse is 24/7. Garages and carports are handy too. Gated too. Phil and team do a great job

We moved to the Beacon about a year ago and i was a little disappointed at first. Overall it seemed a little unorganized, no residential events which also means no residential moral and a lot of things like the outdoor grills that never really worked properly. Shortly after we moved in there was a change in management and we've seen significant improvement since Phil is managing The Beacon. We have now monthly residential events, a clean pool area with grills that are functioning and a fun community to live in. We enjoyed our time here and wish Phil and the rest of the team the very best!

Beacon is a beautiful community! Faye was such a fantastic help and so knowledgeable during my interaction with her! She was so friendly and really looked into my needs and wants in a new home! I highly recommend Beacon!

After getting screwed over by Messina by the lake apartments and having to find a new place to live in a very short time, Phil the manager really took care of us and made the move in process fast and easy! Since living here we’ve gotten to take advantage of some of the awesome amenities like the beautiful pool area, and the very spacious gym! Club house is 24/7 and the staff throws events all the time, definitely happy to call this place home, thank you again Phil and staff!

Phil, Faye, Brianna, Carlos, and Antonio all do a great job with exceptional customer service and keeping the property beautiful. With an amazing location, amenities, and up keep, I highly recommend calling The Beacon your next home!

Phil has been a wonderful addition to the beacon. He has made this place into what it is supposed to be. His presence here makes it a community. He also takes care of everything that needs to be done. It has been a refreshing and welcoming manager. We are lucky to have him!

The Beacon is the most comfortable and beautiful place in New Smyrna. The entire office, Phil, Faye and Sarah are amazing. Carlos and Antonio are so helpful and keep the property looking brand new. It is close enough to the beach that you can get there fast but far enough out that you dont have to deal with all of the people and traffic. Highly recommend.
