The Beautique Hair Salon, Port St. Lucie FL

The owner is rude as well as her son. I don’t recommend this salon for anyone wide as it’s poor quality and lax work. My wife is emotionally distraught due to this shop neglect and racism.

THIS SALON IS RACIST AGAINST EVERYONE BUT WHITE PEOPLE. My sister went to do her hair and not only did they change her a OVERRATED PRICE FOR JUST A SIMPLE WASH but they DIDNT blow dry her hair. Even REFUSES TO GIVE A REFUND this shop doesn’t deserve any praise for the horrible customer care they give to there customers.

My stylist Heather was amazing friendly knowledgeable made me feel comfortable about my choice of hairstyle that I was getting love love love love love the color that we chose together 100% will be back

First, another customer paid my bill. Second, I probably would’ve become an existing client but I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair ironed & that it would be $35 more. $80 for a wash/dry/flat iron is outrageous & an abuse.second I had to pay for a service I didn’t request nor book online. Simply saying, I see you booked a wash/dry, would you like to flat iron? It’s $35 more would’ve sufficed. 3 times I had to correct my appt they were trying to book again since another client had paid the service I booked online just to pay my bill. Just awful customer service & discretion of prices. Not to mention whoever I booked with was running behind & left me in the sink 35 min with my hair wet to finish another client. Don’t take me in until you’re done. Tell me honestly how much you’re running behind, the owner said 10 min when I arrived, I would’ve understood. Overall, Be considerate of others. I wanted to be a Latina supporting a Latina business but definitely not like that.

Terrible place charged me $200 for two streaks of blonde in my daughters hair and the owner was rude and hung up on me

I had the best experience today with Keiulani and staff. Jamie was a pleasure to meet and greet with and all smiles and Christian stole my heart with small little chitter chatters and Keiulani, OMGOSH, I can't say enough. Honestly, I frowned on going from pure fact of the unknown but I knew I couldn't deal with hair any longer. After reading reviews and looking at other sites I decided to make an appt. Let me say that it was the best decision I've made since picking out brand new flooring. (I consider both my floors and my hair to be at top priority.hahaha) I wish I had got the before and after pictures that Keiulani took, you'd be amazed. The talent she possesses cannot be kept a secret. Needless to say, I had a great afternoon with the whole team and walked out with a big smile and great fabulous hair. Thank you everyone at The Beautique Hair Salon.

I wish I could give MORE starts than 5! I came to them after a botched job at another salon and they were just AMAZING! Not only did they fix my hair, but they were so kind, and they gave me the BEST haircut of my life! I am forever grateful and I will never go anywhere else again!

Terrible experience with these people. Charged me 130 for something I did not want and did not ask for and apparently they don’t do refunds! Ha definitely don’t recommend!

Hi there, im sure the owner will attempt to delete my post. But in case there are any Hairstylists that want to work here, DON'T.

If you wanna be used up and thrown to the side becuz you won't become a Slave for the owner, then by all means go ahead. Julienne is disrespectful, rude, conniving, a liar and is a fan of gaslighting. Not only was my time and me as a human being not respected at all but she made me extremely uncomfortable working only one day there.

Here's some context for ya - she said i will not double book you on your first day, i will ease you in. Instead she doubled booked me with two highlights on my first day. I also did not even get a real orientation. When she came in 30 mins later into my day, she got upset that i wouldn't take that client she double booked me with. Not only was this not professional but all of it could've been handled the day before when she called me in the phone. She said one thing and did another. This is not a sign of a good leader, no wonder there's a high turnover.

Then when i came in today to grab my tools, i said to her clearly in text the day before please Do Not Touch My Tools, they are not your property. What did she do? She did just that. Again lack of respect. And locked the locked as soon as I left, which just screams she is does not care about any single person she hires.

Thankfully i work at another salon that actually knows how to treat stylists and not abuse them in any way. Or make them feel lesser then.

The best hair salon, stylist and the nicest staff. Such a cool beauty/barber shop. I've been to many salons in the area and I must say I've finally found my niche! Cristian is an amazing hair stylist and a full service barber. He has an awesome personality. You are really going to LOVE The Beautique Hair Salon! SUCH GREAT VIBES! Thank you Julian, Jaime and Cristian for a wonderful experience and for giving me the coolest hair style!

Love love this place. Cute clean salon. Amazing stylist. Sam is amazing and his work is a vision. My daughter and I were in and out in a hour and both left very happy. Staff is kind and welcoming. We will be back 10/10

Christian always does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. He's busy so sometimes he can't get me in but has great barber AND salon skills. Don't be scare guys to come to a salon for a fresh fade.

OMG! Sam nailed it! I'm very picky with my hair and he was so professional. I explained to him what I wanted and he did more than I expected! If you want someone to do a real professional job, and end up looking gorgeous, ask for Sam.

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years. I love it. Jenny Is amazing. The vibe is always good the people there are amazing and you always feel welcomed and at home. Great conversation a lot of laughs and the environment is amazing! Highly recommended!

I brought my mother in for a haircut and doo.
She is 80 years old, and is having some health issues that have caused her to be sad. From the moment she stepped into the salon she was treated with great care. Jenny did a wonderful job, and was so meticulous.
