20/10 experience! I go to Jenny and she knows her colors! Wonderful stylist and amazing person! She makes great recommendations and also actually does what YOU want with your hair! Amazing!
The aesthetic, and the way they decorated the place is very clean, spa and modern feel, It’s also a plus that they have coffee and other beverages to serve you while you wait, and other hair products and accessories to purchase at their shop! Highly recommend!

I've been experiencing hair loss and thinning, from health treatments. My hair was very long, I was looking into getting a layer bob, but scared that it might not look good on me. My sister referred me to the Beauty Lounge, I was treated by Makayla. It was the best experience Ive had in a hair salon, she was attentive, knowledgeable, attention to detail. She was very sweet and took her time. Everyone was very nice, awesome customer service. Thank you Makayla for taking care of my daughter and I, we definitely recommend. Mayra

I decided to go for a major change with Kayleigh yesterday. I was scrambling to find a good inspiration photo, so I showed up to my appointment a bit unprepared. She was unbelievably patient with me, looked through different photos, and then moved slowly through the haircut -while simultaneously letting me try to explain how I wanted each strand to sit (which I know is a stylists worst nightmare!) Still, she was so kind and careful to make sure I was comfortable with such a drastic transformation. She took into consideration every little thing I wanted, didn't want, and wasn't sure about and created the perfect haircut for me. Kayleigh is one of the most skilled, fun to work with, honest, and easy going stylists. Thanks for the new BIXIE Kayleigh! You rock!

Makayla was prompt, professional and friendly. She did an amazing job trimming my hair. My last stylist butchered my hair and it was uneven in multiple places, which made me hesitant to get my hair cut again. Makayla fixed the butchered hair and made it look beautiful! I also love how she created long loose curls with a round brush while drying my hair, rather than drying my hair first and then using a curling iron. That’s just extra heat that my hair doesn’t need.
We also discussed doing a glaze at my next appointment which I’ll do!

I highly recommend Makayla!

I am so excited to grow my hair from a short pixi to shoulder length. I can’t wait to go back in to see Casey to get a trim and highlights! She does amazing work and I have found my place.

Very friendly atmosphere, clean, pleasant and always enjoy coming to our appts. We (myself and 3 kids) see 2 different stylist and would highly recommend both.

Bianca did an amazing job with my hair. Definitely found my new stylist! Friendly staff and very generous with their time. The only “downside” is charging for a wash and blow dry. At most other salons in my experience, it’s included in the price of the service. Styling being extra is expected. However this place is still 5 stars and will continue to have my business. Highly recommend!

Jenny is friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend making an appointment for a consultation. The time spent was not only informative but a treat for the soul. I plan to return and purchase cosmetics.

Came here for the first time tonight and it was AMAZING! Makayla did my hair and she did amazing! She also curled/styled my daughters hair just because! She is amazing and I highly recommend! Everyone at the salon was so nice! Thanks again Makayla!

Wonderful experience. The salon itself was so beautiful. All of the stylists were so sweet and very professional. I booked with Bianca because she had great reviews. She was on time, thorough with everything, explained every step, and was perfect with her timing. She always checked to see if there was any discomfort (even though she was already gentle), and she made me feel comfortable from the start. I let her know that I was nervous at first, because of my last experience at a different salon, and she assured me that there was no need to worry and she proved it as well. I got a Keratin Treatment and a women’s haircut and it turned out perfectly. I’m so happy to have found my new stylist and salon.

Had Jenny today for the first time. Fabulous job bringing my hair back to life! Everyone was super friendly! Salon is super clean. Plan on going weekly for a wash and blowout.
