Monica is fantastic at eyelash extensions! She helped me correct a bad fill, made recommendations for our next visit and gave great advice. The salon was clean, comfortable and service was perfect! Highly recommended!

My eyebrows turned a blue-gray from a permanent makeup session from 10 years ago (not done by brandy) and brandy fixed me.she did an eyebrow correction with a different pigment and they look great.thank you brandy.

I had the Nano infusion- for fine lines, wrinkles & saggy skin w/ radio frequency and micro-currency done by Kristin she is hands down the best the girl has "MAGIC HANDS" I am 54 and hate around my mouth she focused on that and 2 days later I could not believe the results! I will keep you updated as I rewind my clock

I had my eyebrows microshaded by Brandy in December, with a follow up appointment in January and let me just tell you they are AHHHHMAZING! Brandy did an awesome job. I had anticipated getting them done for so long and the entire experience was well worth it. Brandy mapped them out and they look great! It's such a relief to not have to "do" my eyebrows everyday. Thank you Brandy, I am truly grateful. I highly recommend you to people every chance I get!

Monica is a master artist when it comes to lashes. I have been all the way to Jacksonville to get my lashes done and they were good at first then after a few visits not so good. I found Monica online she responded to my text right away about questions I had and then she did these amazing lashes for me.

Monica is the best! She is so considerate of what the clients wants and is so patient talking to them about options when they are unsure of a service!

Update- 3 years later: I just had Monica do my lashes and I was very hesitant as I've never had them done before but ohmahgoodness- they're amazing. Monica makes you feel comfortable and is consistent with asking if you need anything, explains everything as she goes, and does quality work. Went back for my 2 week fill and will hopefully be able to keep up. The fact that she will work with your schedule really says that she cares- I work a LOT, and she has worked around my hours twice. That's a HUGE plus for me. She's a great addition to the Betty Brow Co team.

Brandy is the absolute best around. Completely comfortable environment where you don't feel judged and feel like she is bringing out your most beautiful self. I've had my eyebrows and lips done and I'm so pleased with how they turned out. If you want quality work with exceptional service- Betty Brow Co is the way to go

UPDATE: Tried Betty brow once again, I figured maybe the lashes were falling out due to oily skin. Monica explained different options I could try to enhance my lashes. I tried the lash lift and for the price I’m quite satisfied. She was very informative and friendly. Will be coming back to try different sets and services. They have my interest now’:)

Tried this place out for hybrid classic lashes. I believe I had jojo do this set. After one day, lashes were falling out. I didn’t even get through a full two weeks. I wore no makeup- did not get the lashes wet and they were just falling out almost everyday. I feel like I wasted my money. I don’t think I’ll try them again. I need real lash extensions that hold up well. Unpleased with the service not to mention I was uncomfortable during my session because of the chair I had to lay in for 1 hour.

Brandy is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how great this place is. I had my eyebrows, lips and liner done by Brandy. I am so happy with the results. Kristin gives the best facials I have ever had. I will be a client for life. Thank you so much

For many years I have always wanted to get a Brazilian Wax done BUT I was always afraid of getting it done. Until, one day I went with my cousin just to see for myself and I finally put on my big girl panties on and got on the table, Kristen is my waxer and I LOVE her. She explains everything in full details, she is very pleasant, great vibes- I have been going to her ever since and I don’t miss an appointment - every 3-4 weeks i am there to get my pretty Kitty done!
