Clean and organized for the most part. Especially with CDC Guidelines and State Regulations being mandated.

Looks nice, that's about it. Problems start before even going inside. Whoever is responsible for designing the parking lot was very short-sighted because there's nowhere near enough spots. Entry is overpriced (as typical with AAU events) but there's a $2.18 discount (after fees and taxes) if you purchase a weekend pass online. Bathrooms are not well kept or fully-functional, so hold your breathe if you have an afternoon game. Seating is very limited, especially on the front courts. Further complicating the issue, they don't have anywhere for the teams to sit in-between games, so the players end up taking all the seats for the parents while they wait. They should have someone to moderate this accordingly. Overall, it could be better.

Very spacious and clean facility. It's located in the middle of nowhere it takes about 45 minutes to get to the big house from Orlando.

Great facility however staff was very rude, not helpful, and charged so much money for parents to just watch their kids play sports!

I've heard SO many good things about this place and was excited to get our 3 boys signed up for private lessons here. Unfortunately, that never happened. First I contacted Gigi by email, only received one or two responses and then no more answers after that. Gave it two weeks and called in, spoke with a lady who couldn't schedule any lessons for me, told me she needed all of my info and would pass it to Gigi, who would contact me by e-mail.again never happened. At this point Spring sign ups are already rolling back around and my boys won't have extra time for lessons I wanted for them between Fall and Spring season.

Parking is ridiculous, if the lot is full then you have to pay to park across the street.why would you build a big house and not include a big amount of parking

They make you sit on the floor outside if you have outside food.as athletes, we need healthy food and all they serve is hot dogs and disgusting artificial food.we should have the opportunity to at least have table and not eat on the floor OUTSIDE while we are in he middle of an intense tournament and need healthy protein food

Clean and bright. Restrooms are well maintained. There is a simple snack bar, slightly overpriced for what you get. Parking is inadequate. And the location is central to Florida, but remote in terms of hotel chains, and a handy Starbucks would be nice. And I can’t recall ever feeling too cold in a gymnasium before. Oh well. At least the AC works.

Spectator seating leaves a lot to be desired, and there is zero effort made to attenuate the noise level.

The people here suck. They don’t let me eat my nutritional and delicious food. They won’t let me eat my salad and I HATE THIS PLACE. The food here is not healthy.

They did not let me eat my homemade salad and I didn’t play my best because I was not able to eat.

Attended for Special Olympics Florida State Basketball Games. Not much seating but what a venue!

Parking is limited so get there early and don't leave once you get a spot. There is not enough seating for everyone. They don't open the 2nd level so we can video the games. The establishment is very nice despite that. I recommend bringing your own coolers and leaving them in your vehicles as there is slim to no civilization without driving to Leesburg which is a 10-15 minute drive.

Great time with Special Olympics. The staff were nice. Can't have outside food in there though.

Nice place to have a tournament. The facility turned the lights off on us during a game, Th wanted us to move to a different court. That was really weird

The seating arrangement is terrible. It's folding chairs zip tied together. There are not enough seats and people's kids just lay all over the walking aisles. There seems to be an awesome balcony area that no one is allowed to access or utilize. Management seems crappy and disorganized. During our most recent volleyball tournament the lights randomly turned off during a game and delayed everything. Just the ones over half the courts? Everyone just stood around for 20 minutes waiting then got relocated to new courts mid game. Everytime I see Big House on the schedule I cringe. The only good thing is the clean bathrooms and refreshment staff.

Beautiful facility equipped with password protected Wifi that the staff won't provide to paying spectators. We are attending a volleyball tournament from 830 am-4 pm and have siblings that could of utilized it for school purposes (this was expressed to the staff). Other than that we had a wonderful experience.

This place is a dump. Spiders, they don't allow food or drinks inside and yet during lunch, they ran out of food after waiting 15 minutes in line. There is no management and the place is poorly ran.

The BigHouse is an AMAZING complex. Huge facility with top notch equipment. We love playing in their volleyball tournaments due to their friendly staff and one of a kind complex.

Great facility nestled in the hills of Lake County. I have officiated there many times. Very clean and pleasant facilities.
