Finally found a doctor and program that understands the approach to wellness. It was refreshing meeting Dr. Bloom and staff.

Spent thousands of dollars here and my experience was highly disappointing. At first results were great (3 Mos) and then I plateaued. During that time, they had trouble taking my blood not once but two times. I was sent to another location to take blood because this location was not successful. I was charged for more money than I care to admit without prior approval of the costs. Each person I spoke to contradicted the other. The HRT doctor told me my treatments are not working because I need to fix my hormones but I had already spent so much doing the other therapies they recommend first. Then, a manager called to check on me (great right?) and I told him I needed more proactive care. He replied with “so you need your hand held? ” The response was very unprofessional. I’m in customer service with high paying clients and could never imagine responding in that manner. Biostation had almost lost me at that point and after the call I was done. Therapies are more expensive than other companies and the service/results do not match. I would not recommend Biostation. There are many less expensive and yes, more proactive solutions.

Wonderful service at Biostation. Impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Looking forward to Saturday services being offerred soon.

If I could give a zero star I would. This is definitely an emotional review. After 27 days of waiting to start and 3 nurses later I received a pkg of medication with nothing but 2 warm melted ice packs. This I paid $1000 for and was told to do 2 injections a week for 12 weeks? No syringes no measurements. I am furious. Requesting a refund. Wasted 1 month. Can’t get that time back. Holiday weekend so no return calls or emails. Very poor customer service. First time ever writing a poor review. Usually research where I go. Clearly my research fails me. I also was referring 2 other people that I work with here. Not now!
