The Bistro, Brooksville FL

We stopped by randomly on a road trip today. The space is beautiful and airy. The original ceiling is beautiful. Mary Beth gave us fantastic service. The Fig & Gonganzola pizza, Bistro Cobb, and Yard Chicken sandwich were absolutely amazing. The Huckleberry lemonade was such a refreshing cocktail. If you're in this area, stop by and check it out.

Our eyes became very irritated after eating here. We think maybe something is wrong with the ventilation in the kitchen. The seasoned potatoes had no flavor.

Never had a bad experience. Brunch is the meal we always do and it’s always great. Huevos Rancheros and Croque Madame was perfection!

Wonderful little spot right in the heart of downtown I met some old friends here for lunch as everything we tried was amazing we. Will back!

I've been here 4 or 5 times since moving to the area and it's excellent every time! A diamond in the rough!

We went for our anniversary dinner & this place was so cute! The drinks were excellent & the food was good! My husband's food was a little cold but overall everything was good & we will be returning!

Claire was our waitress! She was fantastic! Her energy was uplifting! The brunch was the best ever I have ever had. Love this place!

Been there several times and the food is always good but they seem to have a problem with being out of certain menu items with some regularity. The service is friendly and good if they are not short staffed. We usually go between 3: 30pm to 4: 30pm so they are not very busy. Like the pizza too.

I knew the moment we walked in our experience was going to be great. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. The food was delicious. Lots of creative options, from the appetizers to the plates. Beers on tap and a full stocked bar. If your in the area, make the time to stop in! We will be back often.

Slow slow slow service. Food was good, but the staff works slow. I had to get up and ask for something as they dropped the plates off and went behind the bar to hang out, despite the fact the we were one of three customers in the place.

Laid back atmosphere, good food, lots of choices and attentive service.

Had the Bistro Burger, it was amazing! Fries were seasoned and super crispy too not soggy. Price was right too! Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed. Nice breakaway from the usual chain burgers

The waitress was so nice and the place is really pretty. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the stuffed avocados really really good

Such a cute place! Our server was amazing and so patient with us and our kids. The food was DELICIOUS! Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Sadly my black goat pizza comes with honey, I was aware of that. But being aware of that does not prepare you for a pizza drenched in honey overpowering all other flavors of the pie, I couldn't finish one slice. The other sad part is everyone else at my table had an excellent meal and who wants to be the guy sending his food back whilst everyone is having a wonderful lunch
