It had been 2 years that I had been to the dentist because I was battling Cancer so for sure I thought I was going to be hit with alot of services, instead did my exrays, spend extra time cleaning with no extra charge. Embarrassingly, this was the first time I visited the dentist in a while. I must say that this was my best visit. They actually saw me before my scheduled time and my hygienist, Hetzel Lourido, couldn't be more professional and kind. She was also excellent at her job!

I have been going to the bite dental for the past 7 years and never had an experience like today. I went 20 minutes early for my 11am appointment for them to tell me they double booked my appointment. Since the other customer confirmed their appointment I had to wait for 20 mins to see if they come. If they come the appt would be cancelled. When I checked the messages that they said was left several times. It was one message and it was just a general confirm or cancel appt message. I have never not showed for my appt, even though I work overnights and sleep during the day. This was the worst service and she didn’t even attempt a better solution. I made my appointment 6 months ago and you want me to wait 20 minutes to wait for someone else, to maybe still cancel it. That is ridiculous and poor judgement. Just so you know this is the first review I have ever written. I never complain and just take things as they come. I really liked the staff and my dental hygienist but the front desk person, whom I’ve never seen before needs training. It’s not my fault you double booked my appointment and never was it a requirement to confirm in order to be seen. That sounds like an excuse made because your establishment made a mistake. I cancelled my appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff at The Bite Dental are amasing they all make you feel like you're apart of their family. Especially Marlen, she's has such a beautiful soul. She's very thoughtful, gentle and caring.such a sweetheart. Thank you for making my visits special. Already looking forward to my next visit ️

Procedure went well. Dr. Shaw and Marlen were super nice, patient and explained what was happening in a professional manner.

I really liked this place. Good staff and good people. So why did I give them one star? I had a work emergency and couldn't make my appointment so they wanted to charge me 100 dollars. The day prior, my wife had an appointment and waited 3 hours only to be told the dentist couldn't see her and had to reschedule. If they're going to charge me 100 bucks for not showing up they should've given my wife a 100 dollar credit. When I tried to explain that to the lady calling me she pretty much tried to convince me that the dentist's time is more valuable than mine. I left and never went back and found another place that truly values my patronage. Its a shame because they're very good and close to my house but the new place are just as good and treat me better so I don't mind the drive.

They made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Thorough on the assessment and plan. Very conscientious of me as a patient. High-five to Marlen, the assistant and Dr. Shaw!

Best experience! Hetzel is the best hygienist ever! She’s the kindest most professional, makes you feel comfortable when doing your cleaning. And Marlene the assistant is such an amazing person she answers all your questions and overall amazing. Love to come to my appointments they make you feel comfortable while doing your treatments. Highly recommend

Dr. Shaw and Marlen are amazing, they took care of me today. They take really good care of you and always check to make sure you are doing okay. They worked so fast and efficient, I loved it! I have been coming here for years and the receptionist are always so welcoming and nice. The office is always clean and organzied. They have air purifiers throughout the whole office to insure you’re safety. I highly recommend this dental office, they are simply the best!

I absolutely love the Bite dental! Dr. Shaw is incredibly smart and completely corrected things that my last dentist either missed or was pushing off. I’m all about being proactive with dental work so that was very appreciated! She’s very good at administering the numbing shot- it’s hard to explain, but she’s extremely tactful of which nerve to numb and she does a great job getting you numbed perfectly and making sure you stay numbed. That really eased my anxiety as I didn’t have to worry about whether I would be in any pain throughout my procedures. Her assistant, Marlen, is so kind and assuring! She’s a mama bear taking care of you and making sure you’re comfortable and set up for a successful procedure. She makes sure the placement of the tools are all correct so that you are as comfortable as possible. They were both extremely detail-oriented and proficient in explaining the procedures and what would happen. They are also just so kind and you leave The Bite in a better mood than when you arrived. I highly recommend them and I’ll be sad when we move away and can’t come here any more!

Especially to the technician Vianka, she is a very kind, dedicated, patient, and respectful professional; she makes you feel comfortable, and she is the best cleaning professional that I've had before.

I was referred by Marlen Perez and the experience was excellent both visits! Bianca my Hygienist explained everything in detail and was thorough with her cleaning! Dr. Silva was great as well and took care of my cavity quickly and was friendly. The Bite has earned my business for sure!

Truly enjoyed my dental experience here at The Bite! Dr. Silva has been an amazing doctor, extremely thorough and thankful that he had a very conservative treatment plan for me. Hethzel, Gabby, Marlén, Stephany and Jonathan where all super welcoming and helpful in all my visits. Highly recommended them! Drive all the way from Miami Beach, that’s how you know they are good!
