Been here three years and every year there is a new owner. No new coats of paint when lease is renewed. Maintenance doesn't reply back in a timely manner. People walk their dogs off the leash. Upstairs neighbors are loud. Pipes banging in the walls. Halls are not kept by residents. Residents let their trash over flow in the halls. Pool is nasty. They won't even purchase a new net to collect bugs. Fitness room only available when office is open. Rent is way to much for the value. They make you have cable even if you don't want it. You have to pay two trash fees water and sewer.

Move here if you want your rent to increase by $200 each year and receive shotty maintenance work. I lived here for 3 years and in that time they had to replace every appliance, and when they did they did not hook anything up correctly. So everything leaked, dishwasher, washing machine all have leaked after being improperly connected and caused damage. Last year they “upgraded” the units but it was the landlord special which means speed and inconsistency were priority which we had to have maintenance come and “fix”. They increased rent by $200 for it then this year tried to increase again by $240. You can literally move across the street for a bigger and cheaper unit. When I asked why and tried to argue that I am a good tenant who pays on time they said they wouldn’t help and Drake at the office never returned any calls after that. Only contacted us back regarding ending our lease. You have to ask them over and over to the point of begging to get the to take care of anything. They also have a horrid bug problem they recently got new pest control and somehow it made the pests even worse. You pay for the pest control but they won’t come until you call, which they don’t tell you about. All breezeways and walkways are littered with dead insects. Since the doors are properly sealed these insects simply walk right in. Look elsewhere, you can find cheaper and nicer.

Worst apartment complex I ever been in. Luxury does not apply to these apartments whatsoever!
Almost $1800 a month to live on the third floor, no elevator, electricity is very expensive. Washer and dryer in a closet in bedroom is annoying, Filled with nats, fruit flies bugs inside apartment, nasty dirty stair case which they never clean it, nasty out date belcony, trash person comes get the garbage from front of my door like 2 days a week, annoying strict manager, swimming pool filled with dead bugs, no play ground, loud outside traffic annoying barking dogs, can not find parking at certain times. Broken mail box, 35 dollar daily late rent fee, 65 dollar fee just to use a debit card to make payment, 75 dollar fee just if payment is decline.

Horrible customer service and management. Drake and Lori are a piece of work, I am 22 and have never felt as discriminated and mistreated in my life. Still no refund from our application fee or fees that we were unjustly charged. We were misled throughout the process as we were told that were approved until a few days before move in date.

We tried to rent here and felt awful about the experience of renting from this place. This was my first apartment and Drake (leasing manger) was dishonest about the moving specials. While filling out the application they then asked for my paystubs and accused me of doctoring my paystubs because they were not how theirs look? They wanted a copy of my bank statement which I was unwilling to provide because I felt they were looking for excuses to look at my personal information. My employer furnished my paystubs and Lori (property manager) laughed in my face when I asked why this was needed, my parents have been renting for years and the only time they’ve ever had to do that was when they purchased their own home… my co-worker just bought a house for over 300K with the same type of paystubs so I didn’t understand why i was being accused of committing fraud essentially! I was honest and forthcoming the whole time! I am young and so is my boyfriend so we felt as if they took advantage of us and our money. I went to another apartment complex which understood that I work for a local small business owner who’s paystubs may look different with a minimum deposit and moving costs because we both have great credit history. Stay away from these people they are rude and will treat you like you aren’t a good person! We haven’t had any of our moneys returned either so they have also taken $300 from us!

I went yesterday to visit some properties at Daytona Beach and I visit this beautiful place. Mr Drake it was a gentleman and me and my husband felt very good. I did my application already.
