The Breakers Of Fort Walton Beach

Condo was very clean and well kept. The view was amazing. But they didn’t tell us that there would be construction around the building.

Awesome views from the balconies. The interiors are dated and the beds are very soft and uncomfortable.

I have stayed here every year since I was a little girl. I refuse to stay anywhere else! This is the perfect place to create long lasting memories with your family

I liked the Breakers. Would have liked to give it 5 stars. However, the heated pool was not open while we were there and I could not get a straight answer on when it would be open and I kind of got the feeling it was perpetually closed. The neighborhood it is in is also a little run down and sketchy (strip clubs and crack houses). Constant sirens day and night. I think there was an entire season of COPS filmed in Fort Walton at some point. Our room was a 3 bedroom. It had everything we needed. However, it could use some updating. Still has a late 90's/early 2000's vibe. Will try somewhere closer to Destin next time.

The staff was awesome to work with. We had a group of about 50 people and everyone enjoyed it. Awesome condos, great area and plenty of things to do and see. We will be back.

Condos can be hit or miss but for the most part every condo is in great shape. I have only had 1 experience where the condo could use some work

Nice place to stay. Beach staff is very attentive to your needs while you are relaxing on the beautiful beach.

All of the rooms are different. But many of them are outdated and tacky. The location is great. Beachfront and every room has a balcony with a view of the ocean.

Breakers is hands down the best family Vacation spot on the Emerald Coast! Super clean and awesome friendly people there are great restaurants nearby and of course the beautiful white sugar sand beach we will definitely come back to breakersFort Walton

Great room, amazing view, only complaint is if your military and get that rate you dont get the complimentary amenities.

Has a very nice pool which is probably the best part. Good rooms and a walk right out to the beach.

Great price.awesome location. Right on the beach front. This is my first time down to Ft. Walton Beach, 2nd time to the gulf coast. Stayed east of Destin my last time in the area. Conveniently located near the ft walton boardwalk.

Condo we stayed at had all the amenities you could ask for (stainless steel appliances, full set of pots & pans, dishwasher). Beautiful view & great layout of condo. Would certainly recommend!

Buildings consist of various condos that are rented out individually and all appear to have differing styles and states of renovation. Our unit was clean and comfortable with decent seating options and nice bedding. I would encourage potential guests to handpick their desired room to ensure aesthetics, but overall the amenities onsite make the units almost unnecessary as you will spend so much time outdoors!

A beautiful and quiet location on the beach. Two swimming pools, bocce ball and shuffle board courts, and a tennis court. The building has long term and vacation condos in addition to the short term vacation rentals. Comes with a full kitchen and dining area.

We highly recommend The Breakers on beautiful Okaloosa Island to our destination wedding couples! The view is amazing & the staff is extremely accommodating!

Beautiful condos located directly on the Gulf! What a beautiful view! Friendly staff! Rooms are kept immaculately clean.

We stayed 10 days in room w510. The ice maker was reported broken the first day we arrived. They never fixed. The dish washer did not clean the dishes. We had to hand wash everything. The washing machine is very loud, only one wash setting and is hard on nice cloths.

This place is amazing! The grounds are well kept, they have everything you need including a lot of extra perks like free beach service, Dolphin Tours and a 24-hour check-in desk. We even had a nice clean box fan in our bedroom. The beds and pillows are very comfy and you can't get a better View! Loved it, thanks W513!

The Breakers offers beautiful views of the Gulf, and has plenty of amenities. The kitchen is nicely stocked, and the beds are comfortable! Our unit was one bed, 1.5 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying!

We love The Breakers. We have stayed 3 times now. Condos are clean and we'll kept. Some are more updated than others so if that is something you care about make sure to ask when booking.
