I have been a client of The Briggs Law Firm in Ocala, Fl.since June 2022 as a result of a recommendation from a doctor providing care following treatment for injuries suffered in an automobile on May 27,2022. Due to the trauma I suffered due to an accident that was not my fault, I selected Mr. Bo Briggs to legally represent me.

The settlement was closed on January 29,2024 to my complete satisfaction. In fact, Mr. Briggs was able to obtain agreement with the insurance company representing the person responsible that exceeded the offers made by them prior to the final settlement. I attribute this result to his legal and personal skills exercised in behalf of his extraordinary commitment to his clients.

Perhaps Bo's greatest skill is his ability to carefully listen. This trait develops a high level of client trust.

His office staff is courteous and professional. I was always updated on progress being made and due to the timelines of their responses to questions or update requests, I never questioned the focus Bo and his staff maintained on my case.

Unlike many larger firms who rely on billboard advertising with staffs of attorneys dealing with clients, I always interacted directly with Mr. Briggs, himself. Along this protracted process, Bo and I became personal friends

Don't make an inquiry unless you plan on monitoring your phone 24/7 for a response. Bobo Briggs or whatever his name is sent me a nasty email, and I've neither spoken, met, seen, or heard him.
I made an inquiry, missed a phone call, and received a nasty email.
I'm a deaf individual, and I'm not always able to hear my phone when it rings. I have bilateral cochlear implants, and if I'm going to have a phone conversation, I need to be prepared with certain devices to facilitate such a phone call in advance.
As I said before, the next thing I know, I get an email from them as I described. They were upset because I hadn't called them immediately back when I've never had personal communication with these people in my life.
They waited one day.
So try your luck if you will with these birds. They seem a bit overly aggressive for a first encounter.

Bo and Charles have been amazing. The Briggs law firm showed care for myself and family after I was in car accident. They are quick to answer phone text or email (I had a lot of questions).
