The Capital Grille, Naples FL

Very surprised at how bad our meal was last night. First time we have ever had bad food at CG. The clam chowder and the onion soup tasted fine but they were not hot. Warm at best. Then when dinner came out we were shocked by the quality of the steaks. We ordered 3 steaks, a filet that looked and tasted like a sirloin. It was tough and not the quality taste we normally receive at CG. The strip was tough and not as tasty as usual.

The ribeye was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly.

We ordered five sides and the only one that was the correct temperature was the au gratin potatoes. I know I should have said something at the restaurant but we were celebrating 3 birthdays and I didn't want to be a complete downer for my kids.

Just very disappointed after spending over $500.

Superb! Food was divine, Wagyu Filet, Lobster just perfection. Service so impeccable and warm, Capital Grill always feels like a second home. Such a wonderful holiday, just go and indulge, everyone always comes home with a Big Smile!

From the moment you walk in, you could feel it. The hostess was friendly, and the waiter was exceptional! The food was outstanding! We were there for lunch. Can't wait to go back for dinner!

We went to dinner for my husband, s birthday and they made it a very special evening. There were some sequins strewn on the table and a birthday card for him. Our server, Amalia I think was her name, brought each of us a flute of sparkling wine. She was very helpful when we ordered and checked back just often enough. The pace of the meal was perfect as you would hope in an expensive place. After the plates were collected, our server brought us a beautiful complimentary dessert with Happy Birthday printed on the plate in chocolate. It was a wonderful evening and we plan to go back for our next special occasion.

Atmosphere and service were awesome, absolutely disappointed by this lobster salad. For that price I was expecting a bit more lobster, I would have even liked a bit more of things like cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, instead of what they gave me.

Great Place for a consistent dining experience. Service is professional yet friendly and helpful. Great menu assortment of wines, beers, cocktails. Food is always superb from the appetizers, salads, al la carte entrees, sides to dessert. Great for special occasions or a nice night out.

The food definitely lacked flavor you would think for the price your paying to get a prefect meal

Ordered a spinach salad and received a field salad with a few spinach leaves. The salad was not fresh. Worse the waiter made no attempt to correct. In this business a problem is an opportunity to shine and instead he made no effort to correct. The rest of the meal was satisfactory.

Always amazing at Capitol grille. Alejandro was our server, and took very good care of us.

I've eaten delicious food all over the world and I really have to say that the best filet mignon we've ever eaten was served here. Tender to the point Medium, world class! The starter was a lobster crab cocktail, very fresh with a vinaigrette that I highly recommend. The See beast was of top quality fried with a lime and aubergine sauce to finish off the fish. The service was very courteous, our waiter Garbon gave good recommendations and provided us with a really good service. Thank you for that! We will definitely be back. P. S the Filet Migon really deserves a Michelin ️.

Capital Grill stands alone when it comes to steak houses. I love the quiet, clubby atmosphere, and the food is outstanding. Seth, the manager was so personable and welcoming. He added that extra ingredient that makes us want to keep coming back.

One of my favorite restaurants. Food is always excellent. Lunch and dinner. They have a gluten free menu. Service is just wonderful.

Unfortunately, as I was leaving I fell off the curb. The staff rushed out to help & Juanita, once again, took great care of me, like she does when I dine there. Even the valet guy brought over the umbrella to give me shade. Isn't that so thoughtful?
I couldn't get up til the ambulance came to help me. Everyone offered to help me up, but I felt it was best to have the EMT'S do it.
I didn't have to go to the hospital, but many facial abrasions.
The point is. I always felt comfortable & well taken care of when dining. This episode took it to a whole new level & I am forever grateful.

What a way to make a "grand exit".

I have NEVER been disappointed with this place. Food, service and wines are the best. Worth the $$$$$ every time! My favorite.

Capital Grill staff were AMAZING! I made a huge error in reservation (at another CG restaurant) and without batting an eye they had us at a table with a fabulous server (mark) and a most wonderful dining experience (my moms bday -93!)
I can’t thank the Capital Grill team enough for being so great about my error and making tonight so special!
