The Carriage House, Miami Beach FL

I have been living here with my grandparents sense 2020 I have no complaints with the maintenance people or security or valet more housekeeping for them I give them personally a five star rating the only problem that makes me feel uncomfortable living in the condominium is when u go to pick up pacages in the garage from sesarina she always has a problem with getting people ther stuff as she looks overwhelmed due too the amount of packaging she seems not to be able to handle her job very un profesional we have had more than a couple unconvinience with her for example yesterday day evening I send my girlfriend to pick up some pacages that arrived for my mothers birthday when she was asked about the package’s she replied dont u see all these packages I have here and my girl nicely replied when do u think I can get them she said Idont know maybe Tommorow obviously this lady has no professionalism to deal with guests or residents the whole building complains about her she she sent all my daughters baby shower stuff back that people sent just because it wasn’t under the person on the lease name of course not because there are baby showers gift coming from all different type of family member she made us lose alomst 3000$ worth of baby stuff extremely unprofessional my grand mother is intimidated by her the reason she doesn’t like going to pick up the packages herself this condominium is ran extremely great but keep in mind of the lady who handles packages delivery she is not fit for that job especially around the end of November -december wich i understand it’s one lady handeling the whole condominium packaging but a solution has to be brought up because she does not sit ther all day for free it is her job very unprofesional I’m surprised they haven’t found a new hire to ease her misery

Iv live in brickell for 13 years always in high rise buildings and iv never experienced such a poor and rude treatment as i did in this place, starting with the valet and ending with the lady at the front desk and the security officer. I have a friend that lives there and I got there with my wife ahead of my friend so we wanted to walk while my friend returned to her apt and they told me that you can not park and wait for someone, in order for you to park the person has to be in the apt already. Wow never heard of this in my life, great customer service and management skills. Do not buy or rent at this place.

Still under construction but kept very clean. Nice help and lovely condos.
