I go to the check cashing store at hypoluxo and military ALL THE TIME! But they now close early and I work nights. Came in to cash a Christmas check… the Hispanic lady was very weird, it was very busy, and very unprofessional. First they needed to call my cellphone in case the check bounces? It’s from my moms bank account, have cashed it from same bank account for over 20 years, at check cashing stores no issues. Then she wanted to call my mother at 6: 45 at night! What the heck? She’s 62 works and takes care of her elderly mother. Absolutely absurd… I understand if it was a very large check, but it was for $150! Thank goodness my job does direct deposit! Will NEVER USE CHECK CASHING STORE AGAIN! My father just passed, and really didn’t appreciate the extra stress around the holidays. It said Merry Christmas on the damn check! The cashier clearly has some personal issues. Lots of people in there asking and granted for cash advances, and no one spoke English! My fiancé even snatched the check out of her hands and told her it was absurd. Glad I got to pay a deserving company the interest off cashing my check and not this store!

Stopped by for a loan and everything went so smooth, the ladies were very helpful and polite. Thank you Gloria for all your help! Merry Christmas and will definitely recommend this check cashing place for all the financial needs. THANK YOU!

I always use store #335 which I am normaly helped by Maileny or Glorida and they both are such sweet and helpful to me. No matter what any change they can help they go above and beyond to help me. Its always a great experience with both of those employees. You are very lucky to have two dedicated and amazing workers.

The attention given to me by their manager Maileny exceeded my expectations, she was very professional and kind when she was making the loan. I would’ve gave it one star but because other rep step in i gave it two but worst experience ever been a customer for years the young black african girl who works at window was so rude during my visit she claimed she had to verify it’s me remind you she forgot to give me my Drivers license my last visit had my Drivers license for two days after had me looking for it after cashing my check she called my phone told me she no longer can provide me service she has weird energy very bias if u ask me not worth driving to waste of time and try to play like she didn’t remember me very unorganized and unprofessional
